We are new to the area and haven't gotten established with a vet yet. We found ouselves in need this past weekend of having to have our beloved 16+ year old cat put down. I was able to make an appointment with Woodside but was quite taken back by the $105 price I was quoted for a less than 5lb cat that I was taking home with me. I thought maybe this was the normal rate for this area until I called around. I ended up cancelling my appointment and going with Plain City Animal Hospital (who was wonderful!) for $62 and that included a personalized clay cast of kitty's paw prints. Not sure how good Woodside is but they are a bit pricey.

We have been with Woodside and Dr Levan for over 20 years. Our first experience was approximately 24 years ago, when he took care of one of our cows who was having a difficult labor. My husband and I have taken numerous domestic pets to the clinic, as well as called Dr Levan to our, then mini-farm, about issues with our goats and cattle. He has always been a caring and conscientious Dr who has gone the extra mile when taking care of our animals. We feel very fortunate to have had his practice in such close proximity geographically to where we live.

Woodside is my go to vet since I have moved to Marysville. A few weeks ago my 1 year old standard poodle decided to snack on some underwear. They were able to get us right in to see the vet, and that night they performed surgery to remove the blockage. His incision looked wonderful considering the surgery he had. Then this morning he has been battling bad diarrhea for the last few days, again even though they were double booked they saw him right away and now I have happy puppy again. I recommend everyone to go to Woodside.

I want to start by saying, it is not comfortable for me to leave a bad review. However, I have been left with no choice. We had a terrible experience with Woodside Vet. We took our dogs in because they were having an unexpected reaction to something around the house. We could not figure out what could have caused them both to start reacting like they did. We tried everything we could think of at home and finally gave in to taking them in for a check up to see what could be done. They got us in quickly (that was a plus). The problem ended up being something very obvious but completely unexpected. When we were finished, the bill ended up being absolutely absurd. Quite honestly, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. So, in order to reduce the price a little, I looked up their medication online and found it for half the price. Our bill was still very expensive but I paid it. Then, when I tried to order online (which was new to us), Woodside was very rude and unprofessional about it. We have been using Woodside for about 15 years. After this experience, we will never be back. On top of that, one of their employees called and was very rude. She spoke very disrespectfully and even hung up on me. This completely caught me off guard and shook me up (to the point of tears) because I am not at all a confrontational person. I called and left a message for the manager who never called me back. I called back a second time and she still never returned my call. Through all of this, we were completely confused and not sure why they ended up being so rude. It is quite unfortunate that they didn't care to keep our business. Not sure where it all went wrong.

Decided to try Woodside based on its convenient location and good reviews. However, we were left feeling extremely disappointed, overcharged, and are still dealing with our dog's anxiety that began during his visit here. He had zero anxiety about the vet or nail trimmings before his visit here, and we left with more medical issues than we came with, to which their response was to bring him back in (no, thank you) and that we would be responsible for the bills to fix THOSE problems that they caused. We won't be back, and I would not recommend Woodside.

My precious Trinket got into a rough skirmish with one of our other dogs last night. I frantically called Woodside and asked if they could help us. Naturally, they said absolutely! We rushed her in, they took such loving care of her and fixed her right up. I so appreciate the loving way they handled my baby girl...like she was one of their own. THANK YOU, WOODSIDE! My dog was having a number of issues and my previous vet could not figure out what was going on. A friend recommended Woodside vet hospital, so I thought I would give it a try. The staff and doctors were very friendly and accommodating. They were able to figure out what was going on with my dog, and the price was very reasonable. One of the staff members even called to check up on my dog to see how he was doing a few days after our appointment. They treated me and my pet like we were family and from now Woodside will be the only vet to take care of my dogs!

I brought a dog in from a job I had and the dog was in a bad seizuring fit, didn't even no who he was, it was that bad. I ran inside rushing thinking they would be quick about it. They seen how bad the dog was in and told me it would be a few minutes. They didn't even looked a bit concerned, knowing the dog is in a siezuring fit. It took them about 5 minutes to get us back in a room. The dog was literally on his death bed, it should not of took 5 mintues to get the care that he needed. The doctor was even in and nobody nor the doctor came rushing like they should have. In their defense they saved the dogs life, but still it should not of took that long.

We are new to the area and haven't gotten established with a vet yet. We found ouselves in need this past weekend of having to have our beloved 16+ year old cat put down. I was able to make an appointment with Woodside but was quite taken back by the $105 price I was quoted for a less than 5lb cat that I was taking home with me. We have been with Woodside and Dr Levan for over 20 years. Our first experience was approximately 24 years ago, when he took care of one of our cows who was having a difficult labor. Woodside is my go to vet since I have moved to Marysville. A few weeks ago my 1 year old standard poodle decided to snack on some underwear. They were able to get us right in to see the vet, and that night they performed surgery to remove the blockage. His incision looked wonderful considering the surgery he had. Then this morning he has been battling bad diarrhea for the last few days, again even though they were double booked they saw him right away and now I have happy puppy again. I recommend everyone to go to Woodside.

We took our dogs in because they were having an unexpected reaction to something around the house. We could not figure out what could have caused them both to start reacting like they did. Decided to try Woodside based on its convenient location and good reviews. However, we were left feeling extremely disappointed, overcharged, and are still dealing with our dog's anxiety that began during his visit here. He had zero anxiety about the vet or nail trimmings before his visit here, and we left with more medical issues than we came with, to which their response was to bring him back in (no, thank you) and that we would be responsible for the bills to fix THOSE problems that they caused. We won't be back, and I would not recommend Woodside.

My dog was having a number of issues and my previous vet could not figure out what was going on. A friend recommended Woodside vet hospital, so I thought I would give it a try. The staff and doctors were very friendly and accommodating. They were able to figure out what was going on with my dog, and the price was very reasonable. One of the staff members even called to check up on my dog to see how he was doing a few days after our appointment. They treated me and my pet like we were family and from now Woodside will be the only vet to take care of my dogs!
