Not the best experience. When I moved to the area,
I had my cat’s records transferred there, and even called
to make sure they had everything, and was told yes they
did. When we went for her appointment, the Tech said
they didn’t have much to go by, as they did not have her
history. When I questioned that I was told, “Oh her
records are probably here somewhere.”
The Vet came in, never even introduced herself, spent about 5 minutes with my cat, gave her recommendations, and simply
left the room. The tech finally came back to the room to collect
for the office visit.
Not exactly the warm and caring treatment I was used to.

Our animals have always received excellent care from High Point. We very much appreciated their recent home visit when it was time to euthanize our dog. Much less stressful on her for it to happen at home rather than after a ride in the car. Dr. Fanning took all the time we needed to be ready to say goodbye and reassured us we were making the right decision. Such wonderfully compassionate care!

Caring, prompt, curteous staff. I have taken two dogs to them for many years. When my poodle, Fritz, had to be put down a few years ago the vet and staff were very compassionate. I even received a sympathy card! The facility is beautiful and prices are readonable.

My family has been going to high point for years and I will continue the tradition! My dogs receive the best care here and when I needed a referral for my dog to receive a TPLO procedure, I was referred to an amazing place as well. You don't regret switching!!

To me, the most important thing when deciding on a vet practice is the level of care my cat receives. She and I have experienced excellent care in all our appointments with various vets and techs thus far with this practice/hospital. Our most recent appointment (yesterday) was for grooming for my long haired cat, who is a pill when it comes to anyone clipping/brushing her. The groomer, was wonderful to work with! She listened to my concerns, came in ON HER DAY OFF, and my cat is noticeably happier now after being groomed. I do hope the office end of things can become more organized, regardless, the care is why I will continue to bring my cat here!

They are ALL very compassionate and kind. I disagree with the person who complained about Jamie-the groomer- SHE was always wonderful with my pets. The facility is clean, the prices are very reasonable and I'm sure they all care about their clients. Their surgical skills are great but diagnostic capability of the veterinarians is my concern.
Any doctor can provide "well care" the mark of a good doctor is one who can recognize, diagnose and treat unexpected problems. My experience is that they CAN'T. I took my dog repeatedly because I had a gut feeling something was wrong and they missed 1000 RED flags for a common fatal disease. They even told me how common it was 2 days before he died! If it's so common why didn't they see it 6 months prior when I started telling them something was wrong?
All they had to do was LISTEN to me and connect the dots because I gave them the facts they needed to make a diagnosis. His symptoms were classic, textbook down to the word for bone cancer (breed, age, symptoms etc.) Sadly I only know this now after I researched it. Had I known I couldn't trust them I would've tried to figure it out sooner.

Do not take your animal here. My dog ended up at the emergency vet in surgery because of the incompetent vet.

Not the best experience. When I moved to the area,
I had my cat’s records transferred there, and even called
to make sure they had everything, and was told yes they
did. When we went for her appointment, the Tech said
they didn’t have much to go by, as they did not have her
history. When I questioned that I was told, “Oh her
records are probably here somewhere.”

Our animals have always received excellent care from High Point. We very much appreciated their recent home visit when it was time to euthanize our dog. Much less stressful on her for it to happen at home rather than after a ride in the car. Dr. Fanning took all the time we needed to be ready to say goodbye and reassured us we were making the right decision. Such wonderfully compassionate care!

Caring, prompt, curteous staff. I have taken two dogs to them for many years. When my poodle, Fritz, had to be put down a few years ago the vet and staff were very compassionate. I even received a sympathy card! The facility is beautiful and prices are readonable.

To me, the most important thing when deciding on a vet practice is the level of care my cat receives. She and I have experienced excellent care in all our appointments with various vets and techs thus far with this practice/hospital. Our most recent appointment (yesterday) was for grooming for my long haired cat, who is a pill when it comes to anyone clipping/brushing her. The groomer, was wonderful to work with! The facility is clean, the prices are very reasonable and I'm sure they all care about their clients. Their surgical skills are great but diagnostic capability of the veterinarians is my concern.
