We recently started going to total pet care. Our original vet Dr Erin Rowe now works here and we love her. On our first visit our Newfoundland Gwen seen Dr Jorge. She fell in love with him first sight. We were very impressed with how he treated Gwen and made her very relaxed. Dr Jorge did Gwen's surgery and she did great with no problems. On Gwen's follow up we seen Dr Rowe and we cant say enough about how great she is. She has been my vet for many years and I love how she treats our dogs. She has been with us through having to put two of our babies down and not only seem to feel the heart break that we were going through but comforted us through the loss we were going through. Total Pet care is our new vet office for all of our fur babies.
Oh and the staff was fabulous also. Very good with Gwen on all her visits. Our other two dogs will be coming here from now on also. Keep up the great work Total Pet Care.

Total Pet Care is a terrible place for vet services. They are severely ripping people off. They print you out an estimate and go over it with you but it's meaningless. The bill is ALWAYS much higher than the estimate. Anytime our dogs were seen there, they automatically charged an office visit the of $50 on top of whatever the visit was for, such as vaccines. I used them for a year and never got out of there for less than $145.00 per visit. The cost is insane. I now take my dogs to Brennan in Maumee and the cost of the visit is included in the cost of the vaccines. The bills are a fraction of the cost of Total Pet Care. I'm never going back for vet services.

We love Total Pet Care. We use them mostly as a groomer for our long haired cat who is prone to matting. They have always done a great job with a sometimes difficult situation. And Ezra loves Audre...
We love Total Pet Care. We use them mostly as a groomer for our long haired cat who is prone to matting. They have always done a great job with a sometimes difficult situation. And Ezra loves Audrey!! We highly recommend them for all of your pet care needs.

I ask to have Dr. Pisle when setting appointments up for my three pets. I saw someone complained about seeing different vets. I recommend to ask for the same one and they will set it up that way if you don't want first available. She's attentive and always makes sure to answer all of my questions and offers advice. My one dog had some recent weight gain and she was very helpful on recommending a plan of action to get him healthy again. It's working. The staff is always happy to see us when we walk in. They make sure to greet us by name and if there are other upset animals in the waiting room will make sure to separate them once checked in. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be put in our room to get started. I've been a client for a few years now and have had a some different procedures done including saying goodbye to a couple loved ones. The staff works hard at making sure everyone is comfortable including you.

We had a different vet every time we went. My cat was having serious bowel problems and they did tests but came back with nothing. They gave us the same medicine twice saying it didn't work the first time because they didn't give the right dosage, and it was super costly, and didn't work the second time either. Overall a waste of money and time to me. (We took the cat to another veterinarian and they found the issue and fixed it for us.)
The only good part about my experience there was the friendly staff and short waiting time.

The people are nice but it's expensive. We boarded our pets and they had a check up during their stay. The agreement was that if they needed any treatment or services we would get a call. When we picked our pets up, we found that one of our dogs needed something extra done but we were never contacted and so the service was not performed. They wanted us to schedule, and pay for, another visit to treat her. We probably won't go back.

My dog Lexi is a white American Bulldog that has a long history of bad skin allergies. I've been to several vets before Dr.Jorge Rosario was recommended, and I wish we would have found him sooner. He takes the time to sit down and examine her, and she just loves seeing him (she doesn't like any vets). We've seen several vets that were unsuccessful at treating her condition, but Dr.Jorge has helped us find the right diet plan/and routine that has allowed Lexi to have her skin back to normal. He is truly the best!!! I would totally recommend him to all dog lovers because he is diligent and he knows dogs! He only works Fridays, but I wait for his appointments because Lexi didn't care too much for any other of the vets there, and I feel Dr.Jorge is calm and patient with her(even though Lexi is heavy 120+ pounds). We are typically in and out, and the vet techs/front desk girls are nice and seem to love their job, but Dr.Jorge is what keeps me coming back!!!

LOST MY PATRONAGE! (Former customer of approximately EIGHT years) They are REQUIRING the canine influenza shot unless they are convinced by a veterinarian that the shot should not be administered. My two dogs -- who are in their twilight years and suffer from digestive ailments -- are NOT to receive the shot for a variety of solid, medical reasons explained to me by two well-respected veterinarians. I will not beg and plead my cases with TPC after being told by one employee that the shots are MANDATORY€ and later by a manager that my cases will be considered by their medical staff. No! I am gladly headed elsewhere. Additionally, I never really cared for their high-volume environment and sluggish turnaround times. The price is good if you are patient, but the €MANDATORY€ canine influenza shot may actually be required -- while other groomers have not created such policies.

We recently started going to total pet care. Our original vet Dr Erin Rowe now works here and we love her. On our first visit our Newfoundland Gwen seen Dr Jorge. She fell in love with him first sight. We were very impressed with how he treated Gwen and made her very relaxed. Dr Jorge did Gwen's surgery and she did great with no problems. On Gwen's follow up we seen Dr Rowe and we cant say enough about how great she is. She has been my vet for many years and I love how she treats our dogs. She has been with us through having to put two of our babies down and not only seem to feel the heart break that we were going through but comforted us through the loss we were going through. Total Pet care is our new vet office for all of our fur babies.
Oh and the staff was fabulous also. Very good with Gwen on all her visits. Our other two dogs will be coming here from now on also. Keep up the great work Total Pet Care.

We had a different vet every time we went. My cat was having serious bowel problems and they did tests but came back with nothing. They gave us the same medicine twice saying it didn't work the first time because they didn't give the right dosage, and it was super costly, and didn't work the second time either. Overall a waste of money and time to me. (We took the cat to another veterinarian and they found the issue and fixed it for us.)

When we picked our pets up, we found that one of our dogs needed something extra done but we were never contacted and so the service was not performed. They wanted us to schedule, and pay for, another visit to treat her. We probably won't go back.
