The best vet I've ever been to. They really care about animals. They always call after a visit for a problem just to check in. They're very knowledgeable. It's a little pricey, I've seen worse and you get what you pay for. I'd rather pay a little more for my dogs health and happiness. We have been clients for the past 8 years. We took our dog there through her senior years. They were very understanding and fully there for us when she came to the end of her time with us. We now take out puppy, 2 guinea pigs and bird to see the Dr.'s. Read Less

This place was wonderful, very caring, the last time I was there we had to put our family dog down, it was very hard, but the staff was wonderful, they gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our dog, they let us stay as long as we wanted, they were great on one of the worst days of my life. I'm giving one star for now. Namely, my animal is being hospitalized overnight in their care and since it was an emergency and they were about to close we didn't think to get all of the details. Now it's after hours and Id like to know if my loved one is going to survive the night and there is no phone number to call. The office number is a standard greeting with standard information about taking your pet to Akron if there's an after hr emergency. I really think there shoukd be some kind of communication for situations like these. Hospitals and nursing homes give you contact information. I am really disturbed by this. Love AMC! The vets take excellent care of our dog and the rewards program helps us save some money on care especially for an older dog. Our dog had a lump removed the day after Christmas two years ago and one of the vets stayed late on New Years Eve just to call us and let us know it was benign. Rudest people I have ever come into contact with. They missed a diagnosis that took my dogs life this past Sunday. When my mother called back to tell them about what we had discovered so that maybe it can help another dog who presents the same way, the vet would not allow her to speak. Told her that we declined everything they offered to do and when my mother tried to talk the vet said "I have to go and can't speak any longer", then hung up. The options we declined were options that were irrelevant to the symptoms of my dog. If the staff was intelligent they could have added up the symptoms and realized what it was. Money hungry liars is what they are. They shouldn't be allowed to practice. Do your pets a favor and go else where for treatment. Read Less

I have taken all four of my pets there and have spent thousands of dollars there. I tried to get my dog in today. He started limping badly at 5:00. I was told that you were booked and to go to an emergency clinic. I am an optometrist, and we aways get our loyal patients in for emergency visits. I am extremely upset! Read Less

Dr. Feeman is an amazing vet. We are lucky to have found him! Our family cat of 19 years was suffering with kidney disease and Dr. Feeman was extremely knowledgable and thorough and made the last months of his life as comfortable as possible. I would recommend him to anyone, hands down! Read Less

This clinic is like an emergency clinic. You never see the same Vet, in fact you rarely see the vet at all. Apart from weighing your cat in front of you, They take your cat in the back so that you can not see anything they do to them. It may be good care, but it is impersonal and unlike any other veterinary experience I have had. I switched to a more personal clinic. Read Less

My boyfriend and I came here with our dog, Hannah, to get her vaccinations up to date. We had never been to AMC prior to this appointment. However, Dr. Feeman was our Vet and he was wonderful!! I switched to Dr. Feeman on the recommendation of several greyhound owners posting on Facebook. He has been nothing short of amazing - his knowledge is extensive and he is always willing to spend time explaining findings, detailing all options, and helping with decision-making. He personally returns phone calls and always asks about how my other pets are doing. I have four dogs, but just lost one. It was a very difficult situation, but Dr. Feeman and his staff did everything possible to help during this time. I have also had Dr. Prada provide surgical intervention when one dog had multiple dental abscesses develop and Dr. Feeman was out of town - she did a beautiful job working with our boy. Additionally, Dr. Lee recently removed an eye from the same dog as his glaucoma suddenly worsened and there was not other option. The eye has healed beautifully and he's a much happier dog. Don't hesitate to transfer care to this practice even if it means a bit longer of a drive. As you can see, I can't say enough good things about them!Read Less

Dr Feeman was the WORST possible Vet!!!! He wasn't even our vet and he recommended to a family member, we should put my dog down without even Dr Lash's acknowledgment. Thanks to Dr Lash, I was able to try a new medication for my dog & gained another 10 months with my dog. Then we have the other female doctor (Not Dr Prada) - we called her at home one night (we received her number from AMC) left a message because we had a true emergency with our dog. Of course she didn't call back. She had one of the girls call us in the morning to tell us not to call her at home ever again. Obviously, she doesn't care for her animal patients. She does her job during the day & then goes home & could care less how her animals & their family are. Then there's Laura at the front desk. Cringed whenever she answered the phone & or when I came in. You could tell she was annoyed with how concerned & upset I was with my dog & her uncontrolled seizures. Heck that's her job, isn't it? Kristen & the older lady were very caring & understanding. As soon as Dr Lash left, so did I. I don't have any respect for this practice.Read Less

I used to love AMC but I was just sent a sever client relationship because I had a problem with service given. I think instead of rectifying the situation it's easier to end the relationship. Now, I've been going to AMC for years. I didn't even receive a phone call just a sever letter and my pets records in the mail. The next day after complaining about service. If this is how you treat your long term clients. If I was a new client I would be worried. Don't ever disagree with quality of service. Now, I do have to say I love Dr. Feeman. He was on vacation when this happened. He had nothing to do with what transpired. Actually, it was the owner of the practice who's service I had a problem with. I love this vet. The doctor cares about our dog Max just like we do. The staff is very friendly and they treat you like your family and care about your animals as if they were their own.
