This place killed our dog. Do not go. Our precious 4 year old wheaten terrier was the greatest dog in the entire world. He has ptsd from a bad ear infection treatment at another vet, so he does not do well in similar settings. Because of this, he has had to be sedated to get groomed. Louie went in on Wednesday morning to get groomed where they tried to sedate him, but he kept fighting the anesthesia. Instead of calling us to see how to proceed they tried for OVER AN HOUR to sedate him, where he ended up aspirating. They did not keep him for observation, they did not give him an IV or any other precautionary treatment. They let us take him home even though he was belly breathing, drooling and barley moving. My mom called and spoke with the vet twice about his symptoms to where he said “it’s most likely anxiety”. Later that evening we called medvet and told them his symptoms where they told us to bring him to the ER immediately. The staff met my family out by the car and carried him in where he was immediately admitted to the ICU. That next morning he died of cardiac arrest. Our healthy, happy, loving 4 year old Louie, died of cardiac arrest.
This place completely neglected the care of our precious dog. These past few days have been hell since losing him. He was perfectly healthy and this establishment destroyed him. He was there to be GROOMED and instead we now have his ashes on our counter. Do no take your dog here. Do not risk experiencing the devastating loss my family is going through. The thought of Louie struggling for an hour to be sedated is a feeling I don’t wish upon anyone. My family would do anything to go back in time and not bring him here.
Louie we love you so much and we are so sorry that you had to suffer at the hands of a place that is supposed to keep you healthy and safe. We miss you more than you know

While dog sitting my out of State sons American Bulldog Riley, I noticed an infection developing on his ear. He was constantly scratching and shaking his head so violently that he developed aural hematoma on one of his ears (pic #1).
No words can express the quality of service my grand dog and I received with our first time 'emergency' visit to Sharon Center Vet. Dr. Faust and his entire staff were beyond gracious and compassionate and most important highly skilled at their profession.
Dr. Faust had Riley's medical records sent to his office and even took the time to call and discuss Riley's past history...just one of the many ways Dr. Faust and his staff go above and beyond.
I am happy to say the procedure was successful and Riley is fully recovered and back to his ornery self.
What makes this place so special to me was observing the graciousness and kindness of the interactions exhibited not only by the Drs. Faust and Nathan, but their entire staff.
Many, many thanks for the exceptional compassionate care exhibited to Riley and me.

Dr. Faust & Dr. Nathan are very caring vets. Our bulldog tore it's rear leg CCL. We took her to Sharon Center Vetinary Hospital for surgery. Dr. Faust did the TLPO surgery on her and Dr. Nathan and staff, did the physical & water therapy on her. Very passionate and caring place. From the time you walk into the waiting room, all the girls behind the counter greet you and are friendly as can be. This is the first place, our little bully gets excited to visit. She loves it there.
This place was recommended to us by another satisfied customer. I'm so glad we went. Nice facilities, nice doctors, nice vet technicians, and nice friendly staff. A win in my corner. If your looking for a nice reputable place to have your pets taken care of, give them a call. I'm so glad I did.

I had the unfortunate issue of my cat not eating/losing weight prompting me to head into Sharon Center Vet. The staff, especially Dr. Nathan, were nothing short of exceptional. I went back twice with my kitty and a third time to put her down on 2-2-18. Dr. Nathan was amazing throughout the process which was a very stressful and difficult time for both myself and the animal. I highly recommend them.

By far, the best vet clinic I have ever taken my pets to. Dr. Nathan is the friendliest, most compassionate, and thorough vet I have ever seen. His canine rehab program has restored the mobility and significantly reduced the pain, of my 11.5 year-old German Sheperd. Other vets told me to just make her comfortable and wait for the inevitable. However, Dr. Nathan's attitude about her situation and his approach to helping her feel better was unlike any other vets and there is no doubt he has extended her life. The staff are professional and friendly. The dog grooming is excellent. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic for all of your pets.

In 2001 I adopted two puppies that had parvo and because of their undying love for animals, they lived!!!! The doctors and the staff are absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend this place time and time again!!!!

A few days after my Cooper was bitten by another dog - I came home from work to find the area around the wound swollen. I quickly contacted our vet - and they were unable to see him until late the following day. Lucky for me, doing an Internet search I found Sharon Center open for another hour. When I called & explained the situation, they agreed to see him. Dr. Nathan was FABULOUS- he treated the wound & prescribed medications. Now a week later, my Cooper is back to his loving, carefree self & doing great. I am so grateful to the vet & staff for not only seeing us so close to closing time, but for taking such great care of my dog (my furry child).

This place killed our dog. Do not go. Our precious 4 year old wheaten terrier was the greatest dog in the entire world. He has ptsd from a bad ear infection treatment at another vet, so he does not do well in similar settings. Because of this, he has had to be sedated to get groomed. Louie went in on Wednesday morning to get groomed where they tried to sedate him, but he kept fighting the anesthesia. I was so impressed with the facility as well as the entire staff! Dr. Giles was wonderful and we felt that our cat Watson was getting excellent care! Definitely impressed!!

This is an excellent facility. Drove all the way from Cleveland proper to have my guinea pig treated (45 minutes). Love these people and the work they do. Love to Erica Giles.

Didn't notice them to be more expensive than any other exotic vet, but if they were, we'd still come here. They also do the discount if you bring in 2 animals at once, which is nice because we have 2

By far, the best vet clinic I have ever taken my pets to. Dr. Nathan is the friendliest, most compassionate, and thorough vet I have ever seen. His canine rehab program has restored the mobility and significantly reduced the pain, of my 11.5 year-old German Sheperd. Other vets told me to just make her comfortable and wait for the inevitable. However, Dr. Nathan's attitude about her situation and his approach to helping her feel better was unlike any other vets and there is no doubt he has extended her life. The staff are professional and friendly. The dog grooming is excellent. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic for all of your pets.

Doctors and vet staff are very good. I wish the kennel staff let the dogs out more frequently than once every 12 hrs. My dog comes home and squats several times to eliminate after all her stays.

My family and I have been going to Sharon Center Veterinary Hospitalfor over 30 plus years. I will not take my pets to any other place. In 2001 I adopted two puppies that had parvo and because of their undying love for animals, they lived!!!! The doctors and the staff are absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend this place time and time again!!!!

A few days after my Cooper was bitten by another dog - I came home from work to find the area around the wound swollen. I quickly contacted our vet - and they were unable to see him until late the following day. Lucky for me, doing an Internet search I found Sharon Center open for another hour. When I called & explained the situation, they agreed to see him. Dr. Nathan was FABULOUS- he treated the wound & prescribed medications. Now a week later, my Cooper is back to his loving, carefree self & doing great. I am so grateful to the vet & staff for not only seeing us so close to closing time, but for taking such great care of my dog (my furry child).
