Willow Creek is our veterinarian for all our animals. We met Dr. Gebhart through her association with Lilac Thyme Stable. After getting to see her work with some of the horses there, we chose her to be the vet for the horse we rescued through Medina SPCA. I have an older dog with a lot of health issues and they are always so thorough when examining her and explaining the options for treatment. All of the staff is extremely kind and helpful. They truly seem to care about your pet. Dr.Wood has taken the time to go over all of our different options, and all of the issues that could arise with our dog's illness. She didn't try to rush us in and out, but really wanted to figure out what was going on and what was best for our dog. I have never had a vet that is so willing to take the extra time in phone calls and emails as well. Even though our pup is very sick they have at least made it easier by being so caring and helpful. Everyone here is wonderful! We went here as a second opinion for our sick dog, and all of the workers were so kind and helpful. Dr. Wood took the time to sit down and lay everything out for me. She didn't just rush me in and out, but truly seemed to care about what was going on with our pup. I've never had a vet take the time to discuss all of the different options instead of just pushing you to get everything done at once. She was able to lay everything out for me and explain everything that was going on and that could arise as a complication to our dog's disease. She has been so helpful thru all of this and has continued to stay in contact over the phone to check on our dog and give advice. Seriously considering making the switch to have this our home vet even though it is a far drive. They are wonderful here! We simply can't say enough good things. Read Less

Made us sign papers when I have a horse with two bullets hols in him they can't get a story straight being the owner of the pony I did not sign the papers that they claimed were consent to treat next thing I know I'm being kicked out saying I have no rights to my pony because my bf signed the papers that they lied were not consent for treatment but to sign him over to a rescue did not explain this to either of us only said they wouldn't help my pony that was bleeding out of I didn't now preying on donations so their greed can be filled and I can have my pony back or well have to sue them for my baby they can't even tell what a bullet hole is thank good the cop that took the report knew what he was doing and did get one out please help me save my pony from these people I don't want to be tied up in court Read Less
