Just wanted to thank the wonderful staff during my emergency visit last week. They were very caring and compassionate when i brought my 12 year old fur baby in who could not breathe. My husband and i were clearly distraught and suffering emotionally when we had to decide to do the humane thing and end her life. They allowed us to spend time and say our goodbyes to the best dog ever. Worst emergency vet ever! Staff seemed friendly at first but don't be fooled because they will lie to your face and take your money! I spent $800 on a late night visit here because I thought my puppy might have broke his back leg. They did blood test and a x-ray on his collar bone. His collar bone has nothing to do with his back leg. They never told me what part of this body they did a x ray on, I found out when I went home and looked at the disc of the copy x rays they did. They sent me home saying nothing was wrong with him, with a bunch of expensive medicine. Comes to find out after getting a second opinion my 5 month old English bulldog has hip Dysplasia, I paid them $800 for completely nothing! They would've knew if they took a proper x ray of the leg that I told them! Worst vet ever! They don't even deserve one star!!! Read Less

So you take us for $400 to tell us our dog has “back problems”, even though you didn’t take any x-rays and made that brilliant analysis from just looking at her all hunched over. You give us some overpriced pills and sent us out the door. We later find out from an x-ray at our regular vet that she has something in her stomach that may require surgery. I won’t even mention the urinary tract infection that you seemed to have missed as well. Complete waste of time and money. Nothing has changed with this place over the years, poor service and way overpriced. Read Less

Our dog had an allergic reaction that made her face swell. Our clinic suggested this place because they were too busy to take our puppy. This place just said come as soon as you can. They took her back while I filled out paperwork. You can't go back with your animal for insurance reasons but the quickness of their service was greatly appreciated.Read Less

Have had my Beagle here for Emergency care for seizures. I would be more comfortable and I'm sure my Dog would too if I were allowed to remain with him, instead? He's taken by himself to a treatment room and we are left waiting in another. "Transparency" would have gotten this location a 4 star rating.. Read Less

My poor little dog was hit by a car on a Saturday and we rushed him to this animal clinic. The staff were all very kind and supportive. They immediately started helping him with pain medications and anything else that he needed ASAP. The vet explained all the options in detail for me and answered all my questions about different scenarios. He was honestly the nicest vet I have ever met. He was not just looking to make money in the situation but to truly make the best call for what was right for our dog. Ultimately due to the severity of my dogs injuries we had to make the decision to put him down. They made the whole process as easy as it could be considering how hard it is. The staff talked with me comforted me and assured me that we did the right thing. This was the hardest thing I've ever had to go through with a pet and they were really there for me and my precious pup. Read Less

These guys get a bad rep and I think that's because they have a very hard /very sad job. they have to deal with some of the hardest situations and the hardest emotions of people losing pets or pets in pain or distress. My dog was having puppies, we expected 5 She was in labor As of 6am on September 9th 4 boys came out healthy Unfortunately she was struggling to push out number 5 so we had to call the emergency vet and pack up her and the 4 newborn pups, When we arrived we had to fill out regular paperwork and the receptionist was very nice One of the vets met us in the room and put the puppies in an incubator The vet came in to talk to us about trying a shot that would help mama push out the last pup gave us details on how the shot worked etc So we tried that and unfortunately it wasn't working while we were waiting we talked to another woman that works there who was awesome in providing us with tips on how to care for the puppies heating feeding stages etc so about a 1/2 hr later we talked to the vet again about an emergency c section He was very upfront and honest about the cost of everything He even did something extra to help us out which was very very appreciated!! We agreed to proceed with the c section Which was very costly and we didn't have all of the money right then and there so we tried a few things and moved some money around meanwhile they were very patient with us and accommodating Receptionist took our payment and we were to return in a couple hours to come pick up my dog and the pups When it was time they brought her out And the 4 puppies too the vet came out to tell us what happened because we lost puppy number 5 I was very upset He was very sweet and sympathetic He showed us the x Ray He let me know I did a good job with the 4 puppies and that there was nothing I could have done differently to change what happened because the position of the pup (we had a better chance at winning the lottery) I know it doesn't sound like anything to anyone else but I needed to hear that! They also gave us a paw print of the puppy we lost and a little poem Which was very sweet and thoughtful And a few days later we received a sympathy card in the mail And even tho I was sad, even tho it cost me an arm and a leg, even tho we left with 4 pups and not 5 I still think these guys deserve more than 5 stars because they were awesome My boyfriend and I loved this particular vet so much as he was very real and down to earth and he actually cared about mama and the puppies when I've had trouble with vets in the past (in for money,not care) he was not like that at all, we tried to call them and ask if we could see him as her regular vet unfortunately that wasn't possible but the same receptionist did give me a few referrals to other good Vets Read Less

Our 15 year-old cat had stomach cancer and was in pain, so we made the hard decision to put him to sleep. Our regular vet was closed, so we decided that instead of waiting until the next day, we would bring him here. I cannot stress enough how kind, caring, thoughtful, gentle, and patient the staff were. When it was time to put my cat down, it went very smoothly and he was gone peacefully within a few seconds. They gave us all the time we needed with him both before and after the procedure and weren't pushy at all. A few days later, I received a handwritten card in the mail, along with a copy of the rainbow bridge poem and my cat's paw print. I wasn't expecting this and I thought it was so sweet of them to take the time to do this for me. I also had the cat cremated and everything went smoothly with receiving the ashes. Read Less
