Our services and facilities are designed to assist in routine preventive care for young, healthy pets; early detection and treatment of disease as your pet ages; and complete medical and surgical care as necessary during his or her lifetime.
We understand the special role your pet plays in your family and are dedicated to becoming your partner in your pet's health care. We treat your pet as we would our own. Our goal is to practice the highest quality medicine and surgery with compassion and an emphasis on client education. Just transferred to this vet from a previous vet, and SUPER impressed. Exactly what we were looking for. Recommended by a family member, their staff is small but mighty. Excellent service, fair pricing, superb bedside manner. Can't say enough good things and excited for the future care visits!

The vet is nice, but they have terrible communication. Waiting room is small and does not handle several pets at once. They told me to come pick up a prescription for my dog that was ready, and they handed me a paper and said to order online. I told them I drove 30mins. They require a vet's approval for online orders (they must contact them), the paper was worthless. The time before they said it would be ready by noon, and at 3pm it was not ready. They blamed me because I didn't get a follow up call that they never told me to wait for before leaving.

@Mark S- I don't work at this clinic but I've been a vet tech for 17 years. If you were required to bring your dog in in order to refill heartworm medication, it means that your dog was: A. Due for a wellness exam (your dog must be examined at least annually for medication to be prescribed, or B. Your dog needed a heartworm test (it can be dangerous to give your dog heartworm medication if the doctor doesn't make sure your dog is heartworm negative). This isn't some ploy to make more money, it is essential to your dog's wellbeing. Any respectable clinic would do the same thing.

Terrible customer service all around. I ordered heartworm medicine online and Tyler Animal Clinic was supposed to fax a prescription to the company after I called them. 3 days went by with no phone call from the clinic, I was eventually told that I had to bring my dog in to see the vet in order to get a prescription. Avoid his vet clinic at all cost.

Avoid his vet clinic at all cost. All they want is your money.

Everyone here was super helpful, thorough, and kind when I had to bring my cat in. They even called the emergency clinic I was running back and forth between to relay important information on his condition. I highly recommend them, and will definitely bring any animals I adopt in the future here. Thank you again for your kindness during a difficult situation.

I really like Dr. Mastrocola. He's very gentle and compassionate yet very smart when it comes to my dogs skin problems. His staff is very sweet and my prescious little girl seems unbothered by having her nails clipped and blood drawn. She has a hormone problem and needs daily pills now. The vet has called me even on Sunday to check on her. I just feel relaxed and comfortable with this vet and I love joking around with the receptionists. The lead receptionist is a riot. They gave me a cup of coffee when I needed it most. I like them so I guess I'll stay here. Prices are comparable too. The parking's not the greatest but it's not a big deal. They dote over my little girl, she doesn't go home stressed, so I'm happy with them. They let me be there during her echo ultrasound so they are very accomodating to us high strung owners.

The vet is nice, but they have terrible communication. Waiting room is small and does not handle several pets at once. They told me to come pick up a prescription for my dog that was ready, and they handed me a paper and said to order online. I told them I drove 30mins.
