I've been a customer for 7 years, over the past 3 to 4 years customer service has suffered severely, not to mention several misdiagnosis for my pets. Save yourself time, headache, heartache and money. Being a very small office you would think they would keep their prices lower or at least competitive with like size veterinarians, but no, they are at the highest end. Also, don't think you're going to call and get an appointment the same day or next day, be prepared to wait 3 to 5 days for an appointment. This is an unacceptable amount of time to wait for an appointment. No one, including myself, would tolerate a 3 to 5 days out appointment time to take their child to a doctor. It's unfortunate this office continues to take patients when they can't give good care or customer service to the loyal standing customers they have and if you are waiting for test results that are promised the next day, think again, you will not get a phone call and when you call them they'll apologize and say they will call by the end of the day, think again, you will not receive a call and will need to call them again, only for them to tell you the test was negative or they need more time. UTI test take less than a day, a UTI culture can take 4 to 5 days. This was a follow up appointment, 5 days after she finished a two-week treatment on an antibiotic for a UTI. In the meantime I took my baby to another vet and was able to get her in the same day and she had a horrible UTI, which Middletown Animal Hospital said she was negative for and wanted us to have a mobile ultrasound at $400 done the next day. I'm so happy I left and took my business elsewhere as she could've had kidney damage or failure or worse. Read Less
