Had 10 pets of which 8 passed away while living in Suffield and Hartville, Ohio. Dr Williams and staff were the best I have ever had for my pets. Moved to Florida 7 years ago. Had to put my baby cat Chico after 22 years. And Squeeky after 14 years. The love and care that they showed not only to our pets, but to us also was so touching. Miss them. One more thing that brings a smile to my face. After seeing Dr Williams for so many years, she asked that I call her Beckey, I could not and told her she deserved to be call Dr because of what she had to go through to get that title. Thank you Dr Williams and staff for all the good memories.

I can't say how much I appreciate that the doctors themselves call to discuss lab results and to follow up on care. I know my pets are in the best hands.

They are also extremely LOUD...Animals are scared to go to the vet (usually) and the staff being loud makes it even worse on the poor sweet animals. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Just wish they offered special pricing for Senior Citizens. We love our pets, but sometimes the prices cause us to not afford other necessities.

We have been going here for years and they have helped us through many sad goodbyes and also happy new additions to our family. We recently got two chihuahua pups and we had them for a week and they came down with parvo. our hearts were broken and we really didn't think they would make it through...but the wonderful and dedicated people here did everything they could for our babies including giving them lots of love and attention and put them together in the same cage when they could which I think helped...and they made it !!! We were so thrilled !!! So thanks to all of you that helped our babies pull through ...we will be forever grateful to you when we look at those precious little faces and see those wagging tails :)

Decent at best. My dog and I aren't usually seen until at least 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment. They have never been on time with my scheduled appointment no matter what time. I have tried the earliest appointment and latest appointment of the day with the same result. I am actually in the process of trying to find another vet unfortunately. They also don't give you a heads up on when certain appointments should be happening. I usually have to call to find out when my dog should be coming in next.

They were very helpful with our older lab, he is 12 and really cared about his health, The dr. even called me back to see how our lab was doing and gave recommendation on what to watch for. Great job.

The staff has no communication with each other about what is going on there and customer service skills are horrible. They are also extremely LOUD...Animals are scared to go to the vet (usually) and the staff being loud makes it even worse on the poor sweet animals. Definitely would not recommend this place.

We have been going here for years and they have helped us through many sad goodbyes and also happy new additions to our family. We recently got two chihuahua pups and we had them for a week and they came down with parvo. our hearts were broken and we really didn't think they would make it through...but the wonderful and dedicated people here did everything they could for our babies including giving them lots of love and attention and put them together in the same cage when they could which I think helped...and they made it !!!
