The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have been great with my dogs and have always made us feel welcomed. It's obvious that they genuinely care about the well being of my fur babies.

Horrible Would love to speak to the owner of Napoleon VET CLINIC. I have 4 dogs thay have alway seen the VETs here ......I was so disappointed..My dog Mary was vary sick she was shacking in pain was given pain pill and sent home .called them back told them I seen a stick up between her teeth.So I wanted to have them clean her teeth and check her mouth ...Thay said to have her there at 8 to 8 30 am I did take her in the room thay took all my information I sighed the paper work checked the box. What ever the doc fells is necessary. Doc comes in looks at Mary and tells me there is nothing wrong with your dogs teeth .I asked her how she could tell that without looking in her mouth.She said she was trying to save me money.Money was not the issue. She was to get her teeth cleaned. So I said I was sorry to hear that thay could not help Mary. Got her an appointment with another Vet Mary had surgery to remove the stick and got her teeth cleaned had a growth removed from her face.got all her shots up to date. Found out she had worms.Got rid of that tarable illness. And thay gave her antibiotics and a mouth wash to keep food away from the place where the stick was removed. Thay did all the blood work she need.Now I take all of my dogs to my new VETs . I never said one word about money nevertheless the vet Bill has always been paid the same day service was rendered....My new vet CLINIC has made over 2500.00 dollars so far thay have seen all of my baby's but one .I was Hart broken for Mary that day..Still to this day I don't understand what HAPPENED

I had an emergency come about with our big bubba and as always they got us right in and gave my heart relieve that it was an allergy not that our bub was losing his sight. Also was gracious and gave me prices for possibly neuter and removal of a little cyst. The Dr and assistants that helped that day was amazing nice and bet through in telling me and showing me what was needed to help our bubby

They know our pets by name and always seem to know exactly what's going on with them right when we walk in the door. Everyone is friendly, and I really don't think anyone ever has a bad day there because the employees' attitudes are great! Pets are a big part of our family, and my wife and I will always trust ours in the care of Napoleon Veterinary Clinic.

Napoleon Veterinary Clinic has been my "go to" Veterinarian for at least 19 yrs. They've always gone above and beyond in caring for my many cats and dogs. They've provided the best care for my pets and have always been there when I needed them...day or night and weekends. That's so important.

Love this place! We rescued a dog and they worked with us so we could get him healthy. He is blind and they go above and beyond to make sure he is as comfortable as he can be. I've never seen dogs happy to go to the vet until we started going here! Great customer service!

Me and my husband were very grateful they got our little Gizmo in for an appointment the same day we called. The Dr. Pontius and all the staff we talked to were friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and put our worried minds at ease. But most importantly our new little puppy is feeling better already. Happy to have such a great caring place for our pets right here in the community.

Napoleon Veterinary Clinic consists of a great, friendly staff who are all willing to help and answer any questions you may have. They are knowledgeable and will love on your pet as if it's their own. My pup loves visiting the clinic and I look forward to continuing to allow this facility to meet my growing puppy's needs. Within just 1 day post appointment, Airlie Mae is feeling great and her allergy symptoms are gone! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

We have been so pleased with the caring and compassionate staff. They are very patient in answering all of my questions as a new puppy mom. They are all so friendly and really care about their patients. They showed great care and compassion when a friend of ours had an emergency with their dog and could not reach their usual vet. Napoleon Veterinary was able to get them in immediately and the staff showed immense care and compassion when our friend had to make a difficult decision. I highly recommend them and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

They know our pets by name and always seem to know exactly what's going on with them right when we walk in the door. Everyone is friendly, and I really don't think anyone ever has a bad day there because the employees' attitudes are great! Love this place! We rescued a dog and they worked with us so we could get him healthy. He is blind and they go above and beyond to make sure he is as comfortable as he can be. I've never seen dogs happy to go to the vet until we started going here! Great customer service!
