Staff members and receptionist or awesome they were really good my dog Colt this facility is very clean and sanitary and not hard to find thank. I want to thank all the staff members also for taking care of my dog and make sure he's okay and that he didn't freak out

Worst experience ever...don’t bring animals here they will misdiagnose them for lack of caring and in our case resulted in the DEATH!!!
Brought our pup in and was told he had allergies (which he never had before) but yet there was NO congestion in chest. When questioning vet didn’t offer blood tests or any other tests to try to diagnose actually problem and insisted it was allergies sending us home with antibiotics...2 days later our dog was dead!!! If this was a human it would be a MAJOR malpractice lawsuit!!!
They should be ashamed, embarrassed and sympathetic but when calling to inform owner of situation was offered no sympathy just excuses to try to cover themselves. I guess it doesn’t mean anything to anyone to lose a loved member of the family!

I've gone to Dr. Schoenlen for years. He's the best vet in Stark County. Staff is excellent and very kind. The clinic is very clean. Very fresh. Prices are very reasonable.

First they are wonderfully nice. My dog has terrible anxiety (she was a rescue with unknown background) so we were told we could stay outside and walk around and they would come get us when they had a room available for her. Second, their prices are better than anywhere else Ive been (a rabies vaccine was $15 only). Lastly they took great care to understand her problems not only to get her better but also made sure that we had no other contact with dogs. I will always come back here.

This was our first time at this vet since moving up from Florida. I screwed up the times for the vaccines hours on Wednesday (3p-6p). I was there at noon with a very anxious doggy. They were amazing!...
This was our first time at this vet since moving up from Florida. I screwed up the times for the vaccines hours on Wednesday (3p-6p). I was there at noon with a very anxious doggy. They were amazing! They squeezed us in for his shots and offered a room separate from the other animals to calm him down while we waited. Thanks so much!

My dog Lucky looks forward to his visits with Dr. SOEHNLEN. The staff is always nice and smiling. When I go out of town, I board Lucky with the clinic too knowing he's in good care.

I haven't been going here very long but the time I've spent here has been tremendous. Staff is very caring and attentive. They've done a great job taking care of my 10½ yr old pit. They were thorough and upfront with me about what was going on, the options I had, and what they thought was best. No BS just facts. I will be bringing all of my future pets here. If you're looking for a vet for any kind of animal this is the place to go.

Thank you to the office staff, the techs and Dr. Ditto for making my Lexy's passing a very peaceful and calm one. Dr. Ditto is a very compassionate veterinarian who truly cares not only for the animals but also their owners. The level of compassion and professionalism will not be forgotten by me and I will be changing doctors for the rest of my pets to Dr. Ditto and the Soehnlen vet practice.

Brought our pup in and was told he had allergies (which he never had before) but yet there was NO congestion in chest. First they are wonderfully nice. My dog has terrible anxiety (she was a rescue with unknown background) so we were told we could stay outside and walk around and they would come get us when they had a room available for her. Second, their prices are better than anywhere else Ive been (a rabies vaccine was $15 only). Lastly they took great care to understand her problems not only to get her better but also made sure that we had no other contact with dogs. I will always come back here.

I haven't been going here very long but the time I've spent here has been tremendous. Staff is very caring and attentive. They've done a great job taking care of my 10½ yr old pit. They were thorough and upfront with me about what was going on, the options I had, and what they thought was best. No BS just facts. I will be bringing all of my future pets here. If you're looking for a vet for any kind of animal this is the place to go.
