We are well staffed, full service Veterinary Hospitals performing a wide range of services which encompass wellness programs to extensive medical, surgical, and dental procedures. Boarding, grooming, and a complete line of diets are offered at both hospitals.
Our Doctors together offer 50 years of experience. They have served the surrounding communities of Clermont, Brown, and Hamilton Counties throughout their entire careers.
Our staff are well trained and service oriented. They offer years of experience in patient care. They are adept in handling both the pet and your needs.
Our hosptials are well equipped offering our patients a full range of diagnostics, surgeries, and dental procedures. We also have the expertise of advanced specialty services a phone call away.
Scheduling is by appointment only. We ask that clients call ahead to schedule so that you do not experience a long wait time. Drop offs are at no extra charge. Same day and Saturday appointments are always available.

I have nothing but great to say about Dr. Jerry Miller, Sarah, Katie and the rest of the staff at Lifetime Pet Center of New Richmond. I have taken my Golden there for several years now and they have been great, they always go out of there way to make sure he is well taken care of. He has cancer now and they are taking great care of him. All I have to do is call and they talk to me right then and there and always have an answer for me. I will always take my pets there because they are the best.

Unfortunately Dr Jerry Miller either himself or let a tech kill my friend’s dog by removing prostate, ureter, and lymph nodes, and sewed the bladder permanently shut during a routine neuter. If you are a vet, you should know basic anatomy and know you are removing vital organs. Not only did this happen, but the poor dog was sewn up and given back to the family with no explanation of what happened. He died horribly and another animal hospital has to explain to the family what happened.

Lifetime Pet Center has really gone out of their way to help me get the best care for my kitty cats. Despite one really not liking going to the vet and possibly snipping at a hand or two, they've showed they really care for her and my other cat. Not only do the show care, but they also provided me with helpful information and understanding on how cats live and better ways to care. Love this pet center!

Recently took a stray cat that had collapsed on my garage floor and although she died soon after I'd brought her in, Dr. Miller, Sarah, and Amber were welcoming and caring and willing to work with me on the expense. I just couldn't let that cat suffer, and they were very responsive to her while they had her. Please support local businesses that are customer service oriented like they are---it's a rarity these days.

I have been coming to Lifetime Pet Center since the early 90"s. Baker is my third dog using the services here. I started with Dr. Gladis and am now seeing Dr. Miller. I find the staff here very helpful and attuned to Baker's needs and comfort. I could not ask for better care for him.

My name is Lisa Tharpe. I had to make the difficult end of life decision for my 14 year old dog Nike. My son and I brought Nike in this past Friday. The staff could see that this was a very emotional time for us. They were very patient and compassionate. I just wanted to thank them for being so kind to us as Nike had never been seen there before. I am sure that if they show this kind of compassion to our Nike, they have to be awesome with their established patients. I am positive they will see us again under better circumstances. I highly recommend them for all of your pet care needs.

We have 6 dogs and decided to shop around for a new vet to get a second opinion for one of our dogs. I am so glad we did. Everyone here is AMAZING. I recommend them to everyone I talk to that has pets...
We have 6 dogs and decided to shop around for a new vet to get a second opinion for one of our dogs. I am so glad we did. Everyone here is AMAZING. I recommend them to everyone I talk to that has pets. We have two dogs that need to be sedated for nail trimmings, they gave Rufus a chance and were able to cut his nails without sedation. They even said that our Jazzi should be able to have her nails trimmed without sedation after a few more times as well. I am so thankful they are willing to work with our dogs and help us find solutions other than the ones we presently have.

Lifetime Pet Center has really gone out of their way to help me get the best care for my kitty cats. Despite one really not liking going to the vet and possibly snipping at a hand or two, they've showed they really care for her and my other cat. Not only do the show care, but they also provided me with helpful information and understanding on how cats live and better ways to care. Love this pet center!
