Dr. Baumann and her staff are truly amazing. I have known her since a was a little girl and She has taken such great care of my dogs and all of our family's animals. She treats them like her own, always giving them kisses and baby talk. Our dogs love going to the vet!! She is such a caring person. When my mom's morkie passed away, Dr. Baumann said that she had cried for 2 weeks! She called my mom and checked on her to make sure she was doing okay. Everyone is so friendly here! So much better than my last vet... My cat wasn't receiving proper care at the previous vet - I took him in for bad breath... They diagnosed him with diabetes, and said let's deal with this first - and left his mouth uncared for. After multiple appointments, and his breath getting worse, constant drooling etc I finally had enough and found animal health center who immediately set up a dental appointment, removed some bad teeth and got him happy and healthy again - which also helped control the diabetes. If you aren't happy with your current vet, give these wonderful doctors a call. They actually care about your pets! Read Less

I moved downtown awhile back and still refuse to go to any other vet than Dr. Carrie even though there are other vets closer to us....nobody touches Abbe dog except our friends at Animal Health Center of North Olmsted. Read Less

Those ladies care for your furry babies like they are their own and then they go above and beyond and hold your hand hug you and give you all the time in the world when your darkest day comes and you have to put your baby to sleep the love and bed side manner alone is worth going to this wonderful group!!!!! Doctor Carrie Baumann is the most wonderful vet ever. She takes her time with you , you never feel rushed and you never feel like you are asking a stupid question. I have been with her for a long time even when she was with Fox Vet. clinic and handled horses way back when. She took great care of my horses back then as well as taking great care of my animals now. I cannot say enough about how much I love her and her practice! Read Less
