I have loved this place from when I was little and we would bring our boxers and our yellow napped Amazon parrot and they always took great care and had so much compassion for our animals. We love Dr Mesner..she is our fav...our dog does so well with her and you can tell she really cares. We haven't encountered anyone here that hasn't been friendly and polite. They moved to this facility several years ago, it is much larger and a lot nicer. We have numerous vets closer to us but we stick here. Read Less

We've been taking our pets here for years.  A couple of their former doctors moved on to other locations so we were a bit sad to lose some of them, but the new doctors are nice and helpful.  The staff is very friendly, but at times can get our appointments mixed up.  I recommend using the pet portal app they partnered with to help better manage your appointments and requests. I feel so lucky to have Drs Messner and Cummings as providers for my cat-kids. I drive all the way from Cleveland to see these two; I trust them implicitly and they are well worth the drive. Furthermore, they have the kindest front office staff, caring and knowledgeable techs, and everyone consistently goes out of their way to make sure you and your animal are happy and healthy. Dr Messner and her staff are the best ! So warm caring and efficient . Another vet had written the stray kitten off and said his eye was a loss . Under Dr Messner's care Rover has both beautiful eyes and is now 4 pounds from 8 ounces . It's taken many visits lots of medication and a lot of encouragement that everything would be ok . We have been bringing our pets here for years. The staff is always friendly, informative and sensitive to your pets needs. They can help with everyday care, specialized extensive care and simple surgical procedures.They are part of a veterinary group that staffs Metropolitan Animal Hospital nearby.The facility is newer, clean and large. The rooms are roomy, meticulously sanitary and clean.The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was they are pricey. A simple annual visit starts at around $70 and goes up quickly. Read Less

There are so many other veterinarians within a much shorter drive but my husband and I wouldn't even consider moving to a closer vet. All of the staff at Creekside are so caring and compassionate. This wonderful vet took my baby in right away when his foot was gushing blood and i was a mess! They fixed him up with a smile and didn't even charge me. This will be our permanent vet from now on. Great place. They always get me in quickly. I love their evening and weekend hours. Allows you to avoid taking time off work. I have never waited more than 5 mins for an appointment. They make you feel like they really care about you and your pet. Prices are reasonable. Every doctor I've seen has been equally great. Dr. Adams and her staff are wonderful.  We brought our Japanese Chin to her with bladder stones.  She uses Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital for surgery so they have access to wonderful facilities.  The office is immaculate, her explanations are clear and concise and her dog side manner is great.  Rin Chin Chin has healed wonderfully all because of this great doctor and place!
