Charged 14 Dollars for a grooming, Found ticks all over my husky, his paws are a mess from hair, and he came back more shedded and matted hair than i have ever seen on a husky. This is not his shedding time yet.... What did you guys even do? Blowdry him dry or something? I am not impressed. You cost me more in tick removal than actual grooming. I also got him fixed there, they did alright on that part but after reading everything else in these reviews i am far surprised things didn't go from bad to worse. His paws look like they've been stuck in a blender with all the matted hair. Cmon! Step your game up, i will not return to this place...

Our experience with the staff has been excellent. We have an older dog who has developed health problems and the have gone above and beyond to make sure she is being taken Care of in the layer stage...

We have an older dog who has developed health problems and the have gone above and beyond to make sure she is being taken Care of in the layer stages of her life. We have been 20 yr customers and the level of care and quality of people are fantastic.

I wish my own doctor treated me as good as my pets get from the staff at Doud's. Phenomenal people in the clinic part. Kind of hit or miss with the groomers. Overall, highly recommend it.

Adopted a dog from the pound my dog had to get fixed and 3 hours my dog died! I called them back and they checked out my dog and told me that didn't sew her up good. I did get a new dog that same day....

Knowledgeable staff with doctors specializing in many areas of expertise. If they can't find the answer, they refer you to someone who will. I love that they keep up with changing technology and surgical advancements (laparoscopic sprays, updated dental equipment, laser treatments, etc). Clean, welcoming environment and a private euthanasia room. Variety of hours including Saturday's and there is always a vet on-call. My animals have always been well taken care of and I don't have to worry leaving them. Dr. Douds also has a background with large animals and is helpful with 4H projects and farm animal questions, although he doesn't do farm calls anymore. Also, I love that they see animals even if they're labeled aggressive.

Dr. Balas told me my 10 year old mind you only 10 years old chihuahua had congestive heart failure an put him on a prescription called enalapril an lasixand Vetmedin which I didn't know that this was gonna mess up his kidneys BECAUSE I AM NOT A VET which I'm glad I'm not. But my gut instinct told me that he couldn't have this problem so I got his heart checked an it cost me 5 hundred an 17 dollars in cash mind you. Test results heart was good. I had the money to treat my dog what ever was wrong with him. He then got worst from her pills, as soon as my gut instinct told me to take him off of the meds I did but it was to late I also took him to other vets for other opinions an to see if I could try to save him but they said his kidneys were to far gone, there was no possible way that I could have saved him.We gave the vets all our money, my boyfriend sold his truck for money, we constantly had to dig up money to take care of him an he died anyway all because of their hospital that sucks believe me this happened a year ago an I'm not reviewing this place for myself I am doing it for my dog Chico who was innocent an had to die for their incompetence, an so just maybe I could help another dog in this world by not going to this place. It's up to you if you want to believe me or not but I still cry everyday for my dog who was innocent an then this place just wants your money so they made it all up. Go check them out on yelp

Took our 7 yr old American bull dog in at 6:30 pm and we were there till 10:00 pm. She was very sick and they took excellent care of her with a quick iv bag. They let me take her home for the night ...
Took our 7 yr old American bull dog in at 6:30 pm and we were there till 10:00 pm. She was very sick and they took excellent care of her with a quick iv bag. They let me take her home for the night so she wouldn't be there by herself and I took her back in the am for the day to get more iv fluids which made her feel a lot better. They weren't sure why she got so sick which didn't matter as long as they made her all better. They only problem was when I called at lunch as the Dr told me to do the day before if she wasn't feeling better to make appt but I was told they couldn't get her in that day. My husband called back later that day they got her in that evening. I would have taken her to the 24 hrs clinic but I wanted her to go to where she is use to going

All of the veterinarians take their time with us and Bruiser. All of our questions are answered before we walk out of the exam room. I just can't say enough.

Doud's is amazing! The entire staff is wonderfully kind and caring. When we come in for an appointment, my dogs are excited to see the staff and get snuggled. Doud's has provided excellent care for my first Italian Greyhound, who tends to get sick very often. They helped guide me through some unforeseen medical issues when I adopted a second Italian Greyhound. Some how, they manage to make my really mean Min Pin behave under their care. He knows who's boss at Doud's. Now if only I can make him feel that way about me at home... Finally, when I was no longer sure if I was making the right decisions for my 18 year old cat with kidney failure, they told me when they believed it was time. Not all vets will do that. I asked for an honest answer and they gave me one. I needed that. (Thank you Dr. Miesse.) Doud's will always be my first choice for Veterinary care. They know how important our pets are to us.

Got the dog out there ... the secretary looked blankly at me (the same one I talked to on the phone) and she said "Oh, uh ... I don't have you scheduled for today." Really? Never will return there.

He then got worst from her pills, as soon as my gut instinct told me to take him off of the meds I did but it was to late I also took him to other vets for other opinions an to see if I could try to save him but they said his kidneys were to far gone, there was no possible way that I could have saved him.We gave the vets all our money, my boyfriend sold his truck for money, we constantly had to dig up money to take care of him an he died anyway all because of their hospital that sucks believe me this happened a year ago an I'm not reviewing this place for myself I am doing it for my dog Chico who was innocent an had to die for their incompetence, an so just maybe I could help another dog in this world by not going to this place. It's up to you if you want to believe me or not but I still cry everyday for my dog who was innocent an then this place just wants your money so they made it all up. Go check them out on yelp

Took our 7 yr old American bull dog in at 6:30 pm and we were there till 10:00 pm. She was very sick and they took excellent care of her with a quick iv bag. They let me take her home for the night so she wouldn't be there by herself and I took her back in the am for the day to get more iv fluids which made her feel a lot better. They weren't sure why she got so sick which didn't matter as long as they made her all better. They only problem was when I called at lunch as the Dr told me to do the day before if she wasn't feeling better to make appt but I was told they couldn't get her in that day. My husband called back later that day they got her in that evening. I would have taken her to the 24 hrs clinic but I wanted her to go to where she is use to going

I absolutely love Douds. We take our miniature pinscher, Bruiser, there often. Every time we call, even on a busy day, the receptionist always tries to make sure Bruiser is seen that day. All of the veterinarians take their time with us and Bruiser. All of our questions are answered before we walk out of the exam room. I just can't say enough.

Doud's is amazing! The entire staff is wonderfully kind and caring. When we come in for an appointment, my dogs are excited to see the staff and get snuggled. Doud's has provided excellent care for my first Italian Greyhound, who tends to get sick very often. They helped guide me through some unforeseen medical issues when I adopted a second Italian Greyhound. Some how, they manage to make my really mean Min Pin behave under their care. He knows who's boss at Doud's. Now if only I can make him feel that way about me at home... Finally, when I was no longer sure if I was making the right decisions for my 18 year old cat with kidney failure, they told me when they believed it was time. Not all vets will do that. I asked for an honest answer and they gave me one. I needed that. (Thank you Dr. Miesse.) Doud's will always be my first choice for Veterinary care. They know how important our pets are to us.

Sure the Vets are good; however, office administration has erred twice. Today I called early in the morning for an emergency appt. Got the dog out there ... the secretary looked blankly at me (the same one I talked to on the phone) and she said "Oh, uh ... I don't have you scheduled for today." Really? Never will return there.
