This is an aweful place to take your pet at first they seem kind and helpful, I was unable to pay the full balance so they generously offered to let them hold two checks and since my pet had insurance I was going to give them the insurance check just endorse over and get my check back but to my dismay I called because my dog needed medicine and found out the deposited the check screwed up my entire account no apologizes no explanations . And when I called about it I got a nasty attitude so either way they will not be treating any of my animals ever again.

My fiance and I love Big creek! Our dog Bentley was very sick for quit some time and the entire staff was wonderful and caring. Dr. Fagan and Dr. Saunders genuinely care about the animals. I highly recommend this vet. Excellent customer service

I have been going to Big Creek for many years. My animals are taken care of so well. The staff even tolerates my baby talk with my animals. I would recommend Big Creek pet hospital and have to many of my friends and so friends go see Dr. Fegan, sit, stay. Blessings

I feel Dr. Fegan is the best and nicest Veterinarian in the area. She treats my Bailey as if he were hers. I also feel Andi is also wonderful.

This is an aweful place to take your pet at first they seem kind and helpful, I was unable to pay the full balance so they generously offered to let them hold two checks and since my pet had insurance I was going to give them the insurance check just endorse over and get my check back but to my dismay I called because my dog needed medicine and found out the deposited the check screwed up my entire account no apologizes no explanations .
