I want to thank the staff at Crossroads for going out of their way to help me with my cat The Beast today. I have Multiple Sclerosis and can walk fairly well with my cane, but The Beast is a big girl ! Mel came out to my car and carried her into the exam room with some help from Gianna, who was The Beast's tech. She was so comfortable with Gianna she fell asleep on the scale! As always Dr. Matthew Schroeder was patient and thorough. Mel checked me out and carried The Beast back out to my car! This was so much appreciated. It can be easy to put off health care of your pets when just the thought of getting them to their vet is exhausting! I also used the online appointment request for the first time this week, It was on a day the office was closed, and if I do not do things when I am thinking about it chances are I will forget. The communication was fast and very accommodating. Read Less

Crossroads Vet Hospital is, without a doubt, the best vet hospital I have ever been to. Dr. Schroeder and his wonderful staff are truly compassionate, kind, and professional. My daughter and I took our elderly sick cat in for an emergency visit today. Everyone at Crossroads was incredible - they treated our cat as though she were their own pet. Dr. Schroeder was thorough in explaining all of our options. He so kindly gave my daughter and me plenty of time to discuss what we thought was best for our cat. When we decided to have her put to sleep, everything was handled with such gentleness and compassion. Although this was such a sad and difficult decision, the kindness we received today did so much to console us. I am so glad that we entrusted our cat's last hour on earth to these wonderful people. Thank you so much to everyone at Crossroads - I would never take our cats anywhere else. These people have great hearts and souls! Read Less
