Used to provide five stars for apparently excellent service, but now desire to remove the previous rating for unspecified reasons.
Since Google does not provide a method of simply removing the previous rating, I guess I need to provide a one star so as not to continue to condone their service.

We love our vet! With an elderly cocker spaniel and 7 month old springer, we seem to need them a lot! We love Kayla & Rebecca and Dr. Baird had always been so accommodating and welcoming. They care, and you can tell! We love our pets but we do not feel pressured to purchase things or "over visit" like we have at other vets. All in all I would recommend them to anyone who want a vet with a small town feel and who know you by name.

Our black lab BJ is 15 years old and he was having seizures last night . I called the on call Vet and he called me right back to discuss BJ s seizure activity. Very attentative to pets and their owner...
Our black lab BJ is 15 years old and he was having seizures last night . I called the on call Vet and he called me right back to discuss BJ s seizure activity. Very attentative to pets and their owners and knowledgable regarding Bj's recent health concerns. Would recommend them to anyone ! A great place to go ! Thank you Weatern Reserve for all you do ! We appreciate the great customer service !

The staff and the doc are very nice! Not only to our animals (who can be pesky complainers) but to our people as well (who can also be pesky complainers. We are very happy with the customer service which is off the charts! Glad to have such a great vet right around the corner. Thank you for all you do!

We love our vet! With an elderly cocker spaniel and 7 month old springer, we seem to need them a lot! We love Kayla & Rebecca and Dr. Baird had always been so accommodating and welcoming.
