I acquired 2 mix breed pups and one of the techs found a form of puppy mange on both of the girls. We were treated like family and the girls are mange free! We live in Florida and on a recent trip our 12 year old Persian began having breathing problems. A business acquaintance recommended Dr. Williams and her clinic. Our entire family is ever so thankful for Dr. Carrie. She is always so helpful and loving towards every animal she meets. We could not ask for better guidance and assistance keeping our pets happy and healthy. Also, we cannot forget all of the (two-legged) office staff as well. They too are always willing to go above and beyond to answer every question and do everything they can to make their human customers and non-human patients happy and comfortable in what are sometimes very difficult times. And of course we could not forget the four-legged staff, always willing to contribute to the pile of animal hair already on customers' clothes, purses, and basically everywhere else. Also always willing to contribute their share of blood should a patient be in need. And, of course, always willing to lend an ear or a head or a back to scratch if you should be so inclined. I recently moved to the area and took both my dog and kitten to a vet in Troy, where I had a horrible experience. After numerous visits, including a trip back to Columbus to my old vet, I decided to try Cornerstone Vet Clinic. It was the best decision I could have made! Dr. Williams and the team were all so helpful and thorough. I left feeling relieved and confident that I had made the right decision. Since the first visit, I have been back a few times for check ups, they call to check in and see how Max is progressing and are available to answer any questions or concerns that I have. I was initially concerned about their hours, but they made it convenient for me to drop Max off for a while for tests so I could go to work and stop by to pick him up when it was convenient. I would recommend this vet and trust that my little ones are in good hands with them. The love and care they have for animals is evident and that makes me confident in my decision!Read Less

This is the most horrible veterinary clinic I have ever been to! Our puppy had an extremely horrible skin problem causing her to scratch constantly she was losing all of her hair! My son brought her into this place for help! They claim they did all of these tests and gave her all this medicine and a shampoo. Our puppy wasn't getting better and she is now partially bald! My son took our puppy to another vet. She actually has mange that should have been caught with a skin test this place claimed to have been given!!!! Since my son took out insurance at the first visit they are now charging him even MORE money to cancel everything! Oh the insurance is a very big joke!!! It doesn't really cover anything!!! So he has now reported them to the BBB! This place should not be allowed to be in business!!!!! Read Less

I would like to take this time and share my personal experience with Dr. Williams and her staff. First of all I would like to begin with Dr. Williams herself. My first time meeting her was at another veterinary clinic, where she worked with other veterinarians. My puppy then had a very bad reaction to her vaccinations once we arrived home. As an emotional person that I am, when it comes to my pets I myself was in so much fear of losing my puppy. However if I dont remember anything after the fact, I will ALWAYS remember that I called Dr. Williams explained to her what happened, and immediately she came to my home, did what she had to do for my puppy and remained by her side till she was in the clear. For some people that might NOT be a big deal, but for me that was my family member, and Dr. Williams treated my dog as if it would been her own. For that my trust in her began quickly. Later I would have learned that Dr. Williams had moved on to begin her own practice. However the Veterinary clinic where she was working at the time, did NOT tell me where Dr. William's went or why she left. At that moment I felt so lost, as I now had another new puppy and I wanted only the best for her. Not long after that I read an article in the newspaper where, Dr.Williams would start her practice at Cornerstone Veterinary Clinic. My second puppy was 8 weeks old at the time, and which she is 8yrs old. I have been so blessed to have Dr. William's as a veterinary for my pet Kiera. She truly does care for our pets, and puts so much pride in what she does, and provides us with so much knowledge for long and happy life for our pets. I would also like to take a moment a speak of another special person who also is staffed with Dr. William's. Her name is Katelyn.. She is an awesome tech and puts so much of her time and love into these animal's everyday. I believe sometimes that the techs are behind the scenes, and doing so much more then meets thee eye, and NOT always recognized for their hard work. I am so much grateful for Katelyn as mentioned before she and Dr. Williams knows that my dog means so much to me, and knows life with my dog Kiera is the greatest blessings from GOD. With that being said...I would highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic for your pets. The trust, the love, and knowledge, and understanding you get from this office is like no other. No concerns or questions will ever go unanswered. Last but not least the front desk helper, who happens to be Tabitha will also be happy to help you with anything you need as well. Her smile each time is contagious, and that's enough to know you have your pets interest at heart and that you have the peace of mind. I had called and got an estimate that was very off. Then after calling and getting the pricing sorted out I was told that they were refusing to neuter my dog. If you're looking for a clinic that cares about the owner and dog this is not the place to go! Read Less

If you want to get the whole package at a veterinary clinic there's no doubt you need to use Cornerstone in Piqua with a staff that's knowledgeable and understands the needs of not only the animals being treated but the owners issues as well. They care! They're responsible! Whether its my Goats, Dogs, or Cats that need attention, it makes no difference, they have the knowledge and expertise to make the proper assessment and prescribe the proper treatment. The greatest thing of all is they come to my residence when I ask and handle any situation. That means the world to me along with talking about treatments and conditions in language I understand. I have taken my cats to Cornerstone Veterinary Clinic for over 4 years. As anyone with cats can tell you they are not the easiest of pets to handle; but the staff seems particularly good at dealing with them, and they respond. Dr. Williams, has operated on two of my pets and one was suffering with kidney cancer. He was about 8 at the time and with the clinic's care we were able to keep him well and comfortable for another 18 months. The staff treats my pets as I do, like they are my friends and family members. They receive great healthcare, as well as kind and patient attention.
