Took over four hours to call in a prescription for pain medication for my pet told them what pharmacy to be called into after 11am appt when I arrived at the pharmacy 3:45 no script had been called in . Called office who said they would call in. At the pharmacy again no script called in hour later they called the wrong pharmacy had to call back staff very unprofessional over a 1.5 hour process to get it called into correct pharmacy .Rx finally called in to the right pharmacy at 5pm Read Less

Dr. Mansfield has been caring for our family's pets since 1985 when we moved up to Powell. She and her staff have been a wonderful support system for us and our animals. She was the only one to respond to my desperate pleas for help the month we moved to Powell when our cat found a hole in a basement wall and got stuck. She left her practice and waiting clients to help me get him out of the wall where he had become tangled in wires. Luckily, he survived and lived a very long life. Through every emergency (and with our Goldens, there were many due to their penchant for eating strange objects) and non-emergency, Dr. Mansfield, with her staff, has been caring and knowledgable and has always gone the extra mile for us.
