If I could rate this vet higher than 5 stars, I would. I also very rarely do Google reviews...But this vet needs to be recognized for their amazing service!! I have a year old German Shepherd who has been limping since he was about 4 months old. It's always been his front paws. I had taken him to village vet in pataskala. They have diagnosed him multiple times with " growing pains" which is common for GSD. I had taken him back to then to have them look again as his symptoms had only been getting worse. The vet (can't remember her name) was HORRIBLE. My dog was barking at her so she timidly walked into the room (which everyone knows makes dogs bark even more...) and had him muzzled...And then half ass looked at his front paws (didn't look at his back legs or really look at the rest of him) and just said it's growing pains. This was the second time I had taken him back to her...You would think she would have done a more thorough inspection since not only did she charge me, but this had been his second visit for same issue. I was given more pain meds and sent home. Recently my dog has been limping and not putting pressure on his rear leg. I decided to take him back to Indian Creek as my family usually uses this vet. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING experience. They scheduled me specially with Dr. Ingrid who specializes in German Shepherds. She came into the room and immediately noticed Loki was uneasy. Instead of acting shy and putting a muzzle on him, she sat down on the floor!! She took her time to get him to warm up to her and took her time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly look at him. She was incredibly honest with her diagnosis and stated that he needed to see a specialist for possible hip dysplasia. She and her assistant gave me tons of information and options of great surgeons etc. I cannot thank her enough for not having me do x-rays there, fully knowing that the orthopedic surgeon would want to do their own. She was honest, down to earth, and actually took the time and cared about my dog and his well being. just know if you bring your animals here, they will be getting the best care. Thank you Dr. Ingrid and team! Read Less
