Dr. Fryer is the best vet in the Columbus area. She treats my Pittie Moe with love, care, and compassion. The office staff is kind, and pet and family focused. Prior to coming to Pet Lover’s we had vet hoped and I started to believe my expectations for a clinic were unrealistic. It turns out they aren’t unrealistic, because Pet Lovers exceeds them. Dr. Fryer and the entire staff are nothing short of incredible. They take great pride in what they do and your animals are in good hands here. I have been coming to this vet since 2003, from owning my first cat to having to say that heartbreaking goodbye. My senior dog (Nuka) and young dog (Jasper) love coming here and I know I can trust them to provide my animals with the absolute best veterinary care possible. I find the prices to be extremely reasonable. I highly recommend coming in to anyone who is in the market for a new vet. You will not be disappointed.

As our pet family has grown from cat, to cat plus bunnies, to cat plus bunnies plus dog, we have introduced all of them to Animal Lovers. Dr Fryer always makes us feel at home when we are at the hospital. Even though it is a relatively busy business she always remembers our pets and more importantly, their history.
One of the things that impresses me the most is that she goes over the different options/procedures with you before hand. You are presented with the total costs of each option prior to them being done. Don't get me wrong, we love our pets, but getting a huge bill when you thought you were going to be charged much less is something we used to have to deal with when we visited our previous vet. I like to have all the info presented to me with options so I know what I am getting myself into, Pet Lovers is great about that.
Their building is not very "modern." There are not a lot of frills in the waiting area like some more modern "campuses." But then again you are getting stuck having the cost of all those frills hidden in your bill.
All in all it is a great place to take your pets. They are caring and they will not cause you to take out a 2nd mortgage b/c your pet got sick. It is really all you could ask for in a vet.

Our mini weiner dog (Bella) hurt her back ab a week ago while on vacation. We didn't realize it until we returned home. Last week I took Bella to the emergency care near Columbus. They gave us some meds that didn't help much. A couple of days later I called petlovers and made an appointment for 530 because of my work schedule. I was lucky enough to get off early and called petlovers to see if I could reschedule. Sure enough they gave me a 330 appointment. I felt bad for Bella and showed up at 230 and Dr Fryer took us back right away and now Bella is starting to feel like herself again. Thank u so much for the compassion from you and your staff.

Don't pay any attention to the bad review below. It is definitely not the truth. I've never had a vet take so much time to explain my dog's medical problems before. Dr. Fryer is a very caring vet and the prices are competitive with other local vets. As a medical professional myself, my opinion is that she is very knowledgeable and professional. Her office fit me in for an emergency immediately, all the staff stayed after closing hours and I was not charged emergency prices. She really cared about my dog being in pain and came up with a solution for my baby. I plan on placing all my dogs under her care.

Petlovers is a wonderful, caring and affordable pet care center conveniently located on livingston a bit past brice road.We have taken all of our foster cats here and they've done a wonderful job dealing with many complex issues. I wish they had more available hours and time that the vet is in, but they do a good job even with busy schedules.They also do boarding (great prices!) and grooming (I've never used).

After moving into the Reynoldsburg area and many referrals to PETLOVERS, they truly live up to their name. The entire staff is so helpful and friendly and go above and beyond anything I have ever encountered. While I was there for an appointment I noticed they had several adorable kittens and cats that needed homes. Even though I wasn't really looking to add to my family, I couldn't resist a cat that just needed me. Being a first time cat owner , I wasn't sure about the needs and care of cats. The staff was so helpful and answered my ton of questions. I even received a free toy for my new additon! I will refer all of my friends and co-workers to Petlovers Animal Hosptial.

The pros at Petlovers Animal Hospital have proven to our family, time and again, the meaning of care and dedication. Both of our rescued dogs were under their care for over 10 years. During that time, all treatment was top-notch, by both Dr. Bethaney Fryer and her excellent staff. From physical care to grooming and boarding, we have only had the most positive experiences with them. In fact, when our rescued ChowChow needed serious surgery when we first adopted her, the Petlovers staff started a campaign to aid us in raising the necessary funds. We nearly covered the cost of the preocedure, thanks to their efforts. When our beloved pets passed on to 'doggie heaven,' all the staff was comforting and empathetic. Petlovers will be our pet care center always. Even though there are nearer places, we drive 20 miles just to get there, because it is so worth it.

My first contact with Dr. Fryer was a visit with my Persian, Sheba. The staff and Dr. Fryer were exceptionally kind and gentle, made sure that Sheba was comfortable and did everything possible to alleviate any stress or anxiety. It ended up that Sheba had to be referred to a specialist and was later found to have cancer, but the folks at Petlovers Hospital were wonderful through the entire ordeal, and took a huge burden off my shoulders by coordinating and scheduling the appointments, forwarding records, etc. I've had pets for many many years, and this is easily the finest vet clinic I've ever visited. My other kitties will be regulars here too.

Dr. Fryer and the entire staff are nothing short of incredible. They take great pride in what they do and your animals are in good hands here. I have been coming to this vet since 2003, from owning my first cat to having to say that heartbreaking goodbye. My senior dog (Nuka) and young dog (Jasper) love coming here and I know I can trust them to provide my animals with the absolute best veterinary care possible. I find the prices to be extremely reasonable. I highly recommend coming in to anyone who is in the market for a new vet. You will not be disappointed.

The staff at Pet Lovers is always ready to answer questions, provide a service or schedule an appointment in a timely manner. The office is always immaculate and never smells of urine or feces despite the Doggy Day Care and the amount of pet traffic. Everyone is kind to my pets, even though one of my cats can be a real jerk. The staff and Dr. Bethany are so patient and caring!

As our pet family has grown from cat, to cat plus bunnies, to cat plus bunnies plus dog, we have introduced all of them to Animal Lovers. Dr Fryer always makes us feel at home when we are at the hospital. Even though it is a relatively busy business she always remembers our pets and more importantly, their history.
One of the things that impresses me the most is that she goes over the different options/procedures with you before hand. You are presented with the total costs of each option prior to them being done. Don't get me wrong, we love our pets, but getting a huge bill when you thought you were going to be charged much less is something we used to have to deal with when we visited our previous vet. I like to have all the info presented to me with options so I know what I am getting myself into, Pet Lovers is great about that.
Their building is not very "modern." There are not a lot of frills in the waiting area like some more modern "campuses." But then again you are getting stuck having the cost of all those frills hidden in your bill.
All in all it is a great place to take your pets. They are caring and they will not cause you to take out a 2nd mortgage b/c your pet got sick. It is really all you could ask for in a vet.

Our mini weiner dog (Bella) hurt her back ab a week ago while on vacation. We didn't realize it until we returned home. Last week I took Bella to the emergency care near Columbus. They gave us some meds that didn't help much. A couple of days later I called petlovers and made an appointment for 530 because of my work schedule. I was lucky enough to get off early and called petlovers to see if I could reschedule. Sure enough they gave me a 330 appointment. I felt bad for Bella and showed up at 230 and Dr Fryer took us back right away and now Bella is starting to feel like herself again. Thank u so much for the compassion from you and your staff.

Dr. Fryer and her team are such a blessing to us! We truly feel like they are part of our extended family when it comes to our fur babies! They love them like they were their own and are so compassionate and understanding when we tote the dogs in along with our two children and need to manage it all! They offer super convenient appointment times, reasonably priced services, medications and supplies and are so supportive in the most stressful situations! Don't pay any attention to the bad review below. It is definitely not the truth. I've never had a vet take so much time to explain my dog's medical problems before. Dr. Fryer is a very caring vet and the prices are competitive with other local vets. As a medical professional myself, my opinion is that she is very knowledgeable and professional. Her office fit me in for an emergency immediately, all the staff stayed after closing hours and I was not charged emergency prices. She really cared about my dog being in pain and came up with a solution for my baby. I plan on placing all my dogs under her care.

Petlovers is a wonderful, caring and affordable pet care center conveniently located on livingston a bit past brice road.We have taken all of our foster cats here and they've done a wonderful job dealing with many complex issues. I wish they had more available hours and time that the vet is in, but they do a good job even with busy schedules.They also do boarding (great prices!) and grooming (I've never used).

After moving into the Reynoldsburg area and many referrals to PETLOVERS, they truly live up to their name. The entire staff is so helpful and friendly and go above and beyond anything I have ever encountered. While I was there for an appointment I noticed they had several adorable kittens and cats that needed homes. Even though I wasn't really looking to add to my family, I couldn't resist a cat that just needed me. Being a first time cat owner , I wasn't sure about the needs and care of cats. The staff was so helpful and answered my ton of questions. I even received a free toy for my new additon! I will refer all of my friends and co-workers to Petlovers Animal Hosptial.

The pros at Petlovers Animal Hospital have proven to our family, time and again, the meaning of care and dedication. Both of our rescued dogs were under their care for over 10 years. During that time, all treatment was top-notch, by both Dr. Bethaney Fryer and her excellent staff. From physical care to grooming and boarding, we have only had the most positive experiences with them. In fact, when our rescued ChowChow needed serious surgery when we first adopted her, the Petlovers staff started a campaign to aid us in raising the necessary funds. We nearly covered the cost of the preocedure, thanks to their efforts. When our beloved pets passed on to 'doggie heaven,' all the staff was comforting and empathetic. Petlovers will be our pet care center always. Even though there are nearer places, we drive 20 miles just to get there, because it is so worth it.

My first contact with Dr. Fryer was a visit with my Persian, Sheba. The staff and Dr. Fryer were exceptionally kind and gentle, made sure that Sheba was comfortable and did everything possible to alleviate any stress or anxiety. It ended up that Sheba had to be referred to a specialist and was later found to have cancer, but the folks at Petlovers Hospital were wonderful through the entire ordeal, and took a huge burden off my shoulders by coordinating and scheduling the appointments, forwarding records, etc. I've had pets for many many years, and this is easily the finest vet clinic I've ever visited. My other kitties will be regulars here too.
