Truely caring staff and doctor. You can tell from the moment you walk in how dedicated they are to your pets health and making sure they do everything they can to help and treat your " furbaby'". I arrived expecting to hear my Cleopatra wasn' t going to be coming home, he was in that bad shape. I am so glad I found Dr. Fogle's practice. It's being 7 years since we bring our dogs to see him. He is great with animals and very honest.  We had a dog with serious heart problem. He let us know upfront what's necessary to be done and what's not.  Saved us lots of money.  Another of our dog had cancer and he did a big surgery on him. Not only did he do a great job (the dog lived for another 2 years, much better than expected) the cost was very reasonable.  Joyce is also very helpful. Whenever I need refill or when I need the paper work to go to Canada, she always get it ready for me in a very short time and always very patient with me. We took our 8 year old Redbone Coonhound with a very large tumor to Dr. Fogel and we're pleased with our results. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. His staff was exceptional in dealing our poor pup. The day of surgery, we dropped her off with her favorite blanket and we left our girl in their hands. My husband, 2 year old daughter and my 2 dogs went to this vet for the very 1st time. We have a pit mix and mountain cur. The moment we entered the front door, they took one look at our pit and asked us to wait outside, there was one other dog waiting. Our dogs were kept outside for 30 mins in 90 degree heat, the front desk was so rude and after we were told it was going to be a very long time before we were seen they asked us to reschedule. In all my years of being a pet owner, I've never been treated so unkind. I would never recommend them to anyone. Read Less

this is a marvelous place. joyce, the receptionist, is fantastic- always cheerful, ready to answer any ? and to listen to what is going on. although chris, the tech, is gone, they have a new staff of tech just as talented and concerned. dr fogle is the best- kind, caring, concerned, up to date and committed to helping you. he was marvelous when my 18 year old died of heart disease and we fought so hard for 4 months when my 15 year old asthmatic cat was so sick and i was there 2 or more times a wekk trying to save him until we both agreed to let him go. right now he is great dealing with my allergic to the world cat- always willing to listen, to answer ?, to fit me in when i get neurotic over his actions and allergies. you couldn't ask for a better place, a better group of people. he can also do teeth cleaning , x rays, mri's, and surgeries which is a real money saver and also gives you peace of mind that your animal has complete care and the BEST care possible in the area. no open on saturdays any more which i really miss but......still well worth every bit of time and money and drive! My dog has been suffering with allergies for years, her previous vet kept giving her steriods, anti itch medicine etc.. Nothing was working. I couldn't afford a specialist, so I decided to try another doctor just to see if they had any suggestions. I took my dog in and talked to Christine the technician and she simply suggested to remove the dry dog food from her diet. I couldn't believe the results my dog has, no itching, no hot spots, no watery eyes, she lost weight. Now she had a few other suggestions but my point is that none of those suggestions had been given to me before. I felt like they were up to date on their information and knew what they were talking about, I am very pleased and will go back again. Read Less
