My cat an abscess and I had to take him to their urgent care clinic last night. When we were waiting for the vet, I heard him say “did you hear that bulldog? I’ve never heard those sounds come out of a dog before-lol”. I didn’t think anything of it until this happened...
Dr.Chip said he needed to shave down the gland to clean it up, so he took Tank out of the room. I heard a cat SCREAMING this godawful noise and it scared me. I could tell there was a cat in pain.
I didn’t think it was my cat because the techs tell me he’s happy, lovey, and purrs when they take him away.
Dr. Chip walks in and has this smirk on his face and says “did you hear him?” I said “was that Tank”? He laughed and said “yeah, that was crazy”!
When I got home and looked the bill, I realized there was no charge for anesthesia or local and thought it was odd. I then realized I had no pain meds, so I called them back and they said doc left for dinner and they would get me something. I waited hours and no call. The cat was in pain running all over the house screaming in pain. It was awful. What kind of monster does something painful to an animal without providing local or general anesthesia!? This was such a traumatic experience. I keep remembering that awful scream. When I think about Dr. Chip laughing at the bulldog and my cat, I can’t help but think he finds humor in hurting animals. I will never let this man touch another pet of mine again.

The staff went above and beyond to help me get back home in time for a delivery which was arriving to my home earlier than expected! I so appreciated their efforts to help get me out of the office in a timely manner once I alerted them to the situation. Dr Chip was also very professional and knowledgeable in helping us understand our options for treating our dog's condition.

We had been taking our dogs here for over 10 years but stopped for a newer clinic that was closer to the house, which was a bad decision. We have since switched back, Dr Beall and his staff are extremely caring, professional and responsive. Biggest differentiator is that they can ALWAYS fit you in for an appointment quickly if it's needed and they really get to know you and your pets. There is the nice small Vet feel, you don't get shuffled between different vets each visit. We've had everything from operations to routine physicals and all have been outstanding.

Dr. Beall and his staff are the most caring people I know. He and his staff treat all pets as if they are their own. They are knowledgeable and get you into appointments quickly.

Dr. Beall and his staff are the most caring people I know. He and his staff treat all pets as if they are their own. They are knowledgeable and get you into appointments quickly.
When my fourteen year old dog became sick after business hours, Dr . Beall was at his office within 10 minutes to help her out. When it was realized that she would not get any better and was suffering, he helped me through the grieving process and decision to put her down. A couple days later he sent us a hand written, heart felt letter in the mail. A week letter, I received a card signed by his entire staff sending their condolences. In today’s society it is rare to have people take time out of their busy days to write handwritten letters and yet they did and it meant more to us than they would ever know.
When I take my pets there, I know that they will receive the best care. If you want a place that truly cares about you and your pets happy, healthy life, you should look no further....Springboro Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Beall is the place to go.

Good veterinarian and dog daycare. I would just like to say that you can tell the staff cares about the dogs that they are watching but I think they could definitely have more staff helping with the daycare.... I could be wrong but I think it’s only one person who is in charge of the daycare. It just seems like they are overwhelmed at times and it is hard for one person to control that many animals. We will still be taking both our German Shepard’s there because they love it there!! It would be nice to see more helpers for the daycare!! Thank you all at Springboro Veterinary Hospital!!

My geriatric kitten Isabella (19 yrs young) was presenting very sickly, not eating or drinking and hiding from us, took her to Springboro Veterinary Hospital and Urgent Care because my regular vet wasn't open at that time. They treated her immediately. Within two days, she was bouncing off the walls and eating/drinking like she had never felt ill to begin with. The staff was very friendly and efficient and Dr. Beall was awesome! Fearless when dealing with a less-than-user-friendly elderly cat with an attitude! Thanks to all!

Unfortunately, I had to meet Dr. Beall last night for the first time. I called 20 minutes before their emergency hours ended, and they had no hesitation for me to bring in my guinea pig. I’d never been to or heard of this Veterinary hospital before, but I’m so glad Dr. Beall was the vet who helped take care of my poor Charlie. He was extremely compassionate and the exact opposite of the vet I had gone to previously (at another clinic). I’m grateful for his kindness during the last moments of Charlie’s life, and am so thankful for his help. I wish I had known about this veterinarian before last night. If I ever get another guinea pig, this is the place I’d take him/her. Thank you for taking such good care of us, it is so appreciated.

The doctor was WONDERFUL with my husband and I when we put down our cat last week. We didn't have a regular vet, so I just searched online and found them and I am so glad that I went there! First of all, they graciously offer your first visit/exam free but most importantly, they were kind to both my cat and my husband and myself from start to finish. I was devastated when the doctor gave me the results of the tests but I had additional, special concerns on my mind. I talked them out with the doctor and he just really was so compassionate and really helped us that day. He was also straightforward in letting us know what he thought might be best for our cat, but was kind with his knowledge. He let us see him after he had been given the sedative and was kind about not rushing us although I knew he was busy and I was trying to hurry. The vet techs were amazing as well! I will continue to use this place as my vet!

Amazing place! We have been looking for a new vet to take our dogs to and we figured we would give this place a try. We took our male in yesterday to update him on his vaccines and wellness exam and take care of the huge hotspot on the side of his face. The team there was very friendly and got us through the visit fairly quickly all while assessing our needs and answering our many questions. Dr. Beall was very understanding of our dogs nervousness and treated him with patience. Tonight we ended having to bring him back in due to him slicing his tongue on something. Dr Beall was there a little bit after us, took one look at it and gave us options on how to deal with it. He was even very sympathetic towards him. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes! Plus the vet tech there was super friendly and tried to clean up some of the blood spots all over his fur! Definitely plan on continuing to get our dogs cared for here!

Took my dog in for a wellness exam. Everything was fine and she acted like her normal self. That was on a Monday. Tuesday she started acting different. Shaking, tail tucked in, not eating or wanting to play. Nothing. Call them again cause I noticed blood in her stool. They sent it out for a test. Got a phone call back say she is fine. Nothing at all wrong. She had gotten a virus from their business. $400 dollars later to find out she got sick from there place is frustrating and unacceptable.

We thankfully stumbled upon this vet where Dr. Beall came in from home after hours to help him. He then took our dog home with him to monitor him overnight. They have went above and beyond.

Our dog had an emergency, we called at 9am on Dec 26 and they told us to bring home in right away. Our dog was in the exam room by 9:15am. No waiting was wonderful! They were extremely friendly and thorough with the procedure.
It's reassuring that they're open 24hrs a day for all per emergencies. We have also been pleased with their daycare and grooming services. They are currently undergoing a renovation to allow for a cat only exam room, away from dogs that may be stressful for a cat.
Cannot recommend enough!

My family have developed a friendship with Dr Beall over the last 20 years. I say friendship because he is a lot more than our pets' doctor! We are so fortunate to have stumbled upon him many years ago, I can't imagine not knowing him or trusting the care of my dogs to anyone else!! His practice is unlike any other. He always takes his time to make sure all of my pets needs are met and my questions answered. I just don't have to room to tell you how much Dr Beall has went above and beyond to be an outstanding and honest veterinarian, friend, gentleman, family man and man of faith. We are all so fortunate to have this unique person and family right here in our community! I love my dogs like my children and I wouldn't trust their care to anyone else!!

I drove to Kokomo Indiana to pick up Paige. She was 7 weeks old (her original name was Mitzi). A friend of mind recommended that I take Paige to Springboro Vet. Paige is currently 11 years old. I have known Doctor Beall and Patti W., this entire time. The level of care and support Paige and I have received is outstanding. Also, if you didn't know they have a grooming parlor and Suzanne rocks! If you are looking for a groomer tell em Paige sent you! As Paige grows older there have been some health concerns, and all of the concerns have been addressed. The staff have been wonderful. From the time she was a puppy and through her elder years, I know Paige has received the best possible care and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

I would just like to say that you can tell the staff cares about the dogs that they are watching but I think they could definitely have more staff helping with the daycare.... My geriatric kitten Isabella (19 yrs young) was presenting very sickly, not eating or drinking and hiding from us, took her to Springboro Veterinary Hospital and Urgent Care because my regular vet wasn't open at that time. They treated her immediately. Within two days, she was bouncing off the walls and eating/drinking like she had never felt ill to begin with. The staff was very friendly and efficient and Dr. Beall was awesome! Fearless when dealing with a less-than-user-friendly elderly cat with an attitude! Thanks to all!

I have been taking my beagle puppy, Oliver, to Springboro Veterinary Hospital for about a year now. They also treated my last beagle, Carson, for his end of life care. They are kind, and compassionate and genuinely love their animal patients. I love them and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for great care for their pet.

Unfortunately, I had to meet Dr. Beall last night for the first time. I called 20 minutes before their emergency hours ended, and they had no hesitation for me to bring in my guinea pig. I’d never been to or heard of this Veterinary hospital before, but I’m so glad Dr. Beall was the vet who helped take care of my poor Charlie. He was extremely compassionate and the exact opposite of the vet I had gone to previously (at another clinic). I’m grateful for his kindness during the last moments of Charlie’s life, and am so thankful for his help. I wish I had known about this veterinarian before last night. If I ever get another guinea pig, this is the place I’d take him/her. Thank you for taking such good care of us, it is so appreciated.

The doctor was WONDERFUL with my husband and I when we put down our cat last week. We didn't have a regular vet, so I just searched online and found them and I am so glad that I went there! First of all, they graciously offer your first visit/exam free but most importantly, they were kind to both my cat and my husband and myself from start to finish. I was devastated when the doctor gave me the results of the tests but I had additional, special concerns on my mind. I talked them out with the doctor and he just really was so compassionate and really helped us that day. He was also straightforward in letting us know what he thought might be best for our cat, but was kind with his knowledge. He let us see him after he had been given the sedative and was kind about not rushing us although I knew he was busy and I was trying to hurry. The vet techs were amazing as well! I will continue to use this place as my vet!

Amazing place! We have been looking for a new vet to take our dogs to and we figured we would give this place a try. We took our male in yesterday to update him on his vaccines and wellness exam and take care of the huge hotspot on the side of his face. The team there was very friendly and got us through the visit fairly quickly all while assessing our needs and answering our many questions. Dr. Beall was very understanding of our dogs nervousness and treated him with patience. Tonight we ended having to bring him back in due to him slicing his tongue on something. Dr Beall was there a little bit after us, took one look at it and gave us options on how to deal with it. He was even very sympathetic towards him. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes! Plus the vet tech there was super friendly and tried to clean up some of the blood spots all over his fur! Definitely plan on continuing to get our dogs cared for here!

Took my dog in for a wellness exam. Everything was fine and she acted like her normal self. That was on a Monday. Tuesday she started acting different. Shaking, tail tucked in, not eating or wanting to play. Nothing. Call them again cause I noticed blood in her stool. They sent it out for a test. Got a phone call back say she is fine. Nothing at all wrong. She had gotten a virus from their business. $400 dollars later to find out she got sick from there place is frustrating and unacceptable.

We had the best experience with Springboro Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Beall tonight. Our dog was seizing and our longtime vet turned us away. We thankfully stumbled upon this vet where Dr. Beall came in from home after hours to help him. He then took our dog home with him to monitor him overnight. They have went above and beyond.

Just visited this place unexpectedly for my cat Toby. Sadly had to be put down at 16 years old. Very kind and caring staff. If I ever get an animal again...would definitely consider this place.

Our dog had an emergency, we called at 9am on Dec 26 and they told us to bring home in right away. Our dog was in the exam room by 9:15am. No waiting was wonderful! They were extremely friendly and thorough with the procedure.
It's reassuring that they're open 24hrs a day for all per emergencies. We have also been pleased with their daycare and grooming services. They are currently undergoing a renovation to allow for a cat only exam room, away from dogs that may be stressful for a cat.
Cannot recommend enough!

This review is overdue. We have been bringing our pets to SVH for several years. They have helped us a great deal in the basic care of our all of our cats and our beloved dog, Savannah, who passed away a few years ago. The staff have been amazing. They understand how much a member of the family your pet truly is to you. My family have developed a friendship with Dr Beall over the last 20 years. I say friendship because he is a lot more than our pets' doctor! We are so fortunate to have stumbled upon him many years ago, I can't imagine not knowing him or trusting the care of my dogs to anyone else!! His practice is unlike any other. He always takes his time to make sure all of my pets needs are met and my questions answered. I just don't have to room to tell you how much Dr Beall has went above and beyond to be an outstanding and honest veterinarian, friend, gentleman, family man and man of faith. We are all so fortunate to have this unique person and family right here in our community! I love my dogs like my children and I wouldn't trust their care to anyone else!!

I drove to Kokomo Indiana to pick up Paige. She was 7 weeks old (her original name was Mitzi). A friend of mind recommended that I take Paige to Springboro Vet. Paige is currently 11 years old. I have known Doctor Beall and Patti W., this entire time. The level of care and support Paige and I have received is outstanding. Also, if you didn't know they have a grooming parlor and Suzanne rocks! If you are looking for a groomer tell em Paige sent you! As Paige grows older there have been some health concerns, and all of the concerns have been addressed. The staff have been wonderful. From the time she was a puppy and through her elder years, I know Paige has received the best possible care and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart!
