The staff at the Vet is always so friendly and helpful. I was running a few minutes late to our last appointment, and they greeted me with a friendly smile and got us taken care of promptly. Dr Callejo is ray of sunshine. Our dog actually gets excited to go to the vet. He runs over to the scale as soon as we walk in and sits for his treats! Also, if there are potential savings programs or coupons available for products, they let you know how to save as much as possible. My cat Boots is a patient here. He used to be a stray and is very afraid of vets. All of the doctors there are very kind and gentle with him, and his last round of shots was given to him while sitting in his little cat stroller where he felt safe. I mentioned wanting to keep up his dental health, and a few days after the appointment, Dr. Callejo sent me a pages-long list of different dental supplies for cats. I liked this vet once. I had brought one of my babies to be put down. They were great at being nice for that and shots weren't bad either. They are so expensive! I just took my baby girl into get her spayed and it is by far the worst hack job ever (and I was as vet tech for 8 years!! ) They had so much skin in the external sutures (that I haven't seen in years) that they have cut into her skin, she is in so much pain. I will be taking her somewhere tomorrow that won't cost me a mortgage payment and where they know what they are doing. Read Less

My mom had to put her dog down and instead of giving her the dog prints when they first took them they sent it in mail a month later. Upsetting her over and over again. Maybe next time give the prints before the owner leaves instead of waiting after person starts the healing process. Also, to expensive if you ask me. Read Less

Our experience was outstanding from the moment we walked through the door. Every staff member greeted our dog and us with an enthusiasm as if we were their only customer. They went out of their way to make our dog (who was overly anxious) feel secure. Their follow up was superb and the check out process was painless. This vet came highly recommended to me by several friends. We took our dog in for a second opinion about a surgery. Our dog is older and highly anxious and the staff were wonderful with him. Dr. Callejo and the vet assistant (sorry not sure of her name) was so compassionate and nurturing when I had to have my 13 year old fur baby put to sleep. She was in alot of pain and discomfort. I was so distraught and crying hysterically. Dr. Callejo and the assistant showed me they love their jobs and their love for animals and their parents by showing their emotions too. I am grateful to them for giving my Shadow Ann and peaceful end to a long loving life. I will miss her forever and remember my visit that day at The Vet of Springboro. Thank you all so much!!
