I brought my cat Milo to Dr. King on a Monday, Milo was very sick he was not using the bathroom and was really struggling.
The team at Northside vet saved his life!
My cat is my best friend he is like our child, and even though the 2 weeks he was in the clinic were the absolute worst, Dr. Shoemann, Dr. Griffin, along with everyone else, were so helpful and so understanding of my 3-5 phone calls a day, my nightly visits... they treated Milo like i did... like he mattered.
When it came time for the Bladder surgery- we were not sure it was even going to work- Milo had been blocking on and off for a year without letting us know in any way- Dr. Shoemann took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood what we would be doing.
When Milo finally got to come home, I was expecting to go completely broke in vet bills, instead I got a VERY reasonable bill, and food for him to come home with. The office was very helpful in letting me break up the payments, and today when i paid it off it was half of what i thought it was going to be.
I WILL NEVER TAKE MY BABY OR ANY OTHER ANIMAL ANYWHERE BUT NORTHSIDE VETERINARY CLINIC.
THESE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING SOULS AND WONDERFUL AT WHAT THEY DO! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR SAVING MY MILO!

Just moved to town and made an appointment to establish our dogs. We arrived before the appointment, however we waited well over an hour and were never called back to see the vet. Every time we inquired if there was a problem with our appointment, the girl said we were next but would call back people who walking in and skipping us. She could not give us any explanation as to why they refused to see us. Never in my life have I ever experienced such terrible service.

I have a pit bull, she's 9 yrs old. Her name is Jazmine. She had developed a uterus infection. The vet she was going to Dr. Allen was treating her with antibiotics. Which she was throwing up, she was getting worse. Her stomach was swollen 3x it's size. I was stressed put. I called this clinic. They got my right in as a emergency surgery. They saved my dog's life. They kept her to monitor her. She will be released when they know she is good to leave .They won my business with any pet I may have in the future. Thank you all so much at the clinic. You are all fantastic. Best experience ever with a vet.

I will never take my Ozzy anywhere else. I’ve moved to Huber Heights and I still drive him back to Springfield to see Dr Griffin.

Staff is ALWAYS friendly. This is the office I grew up taking my family pets, now as an adult I take my own pets. I've never had a bad experience and my animals are well taken care of every visit.

I love Dr Griffin. She has always been kind and compassionate to me and my animals. She took care of my boxer when he was very sick. She is now taking care of my new fur baby. She is always honest and upfront with me. They staff is also very friendly and helpful. They work hard too give each family the attention that is needed

I agree with the other reviews- best vet in the area. Everyone I have dealt with has always been kind and compassionate. Just picked up my English Bulldog today from an eye surgery. The have fair prices and top quality care. They also give you a follow up call to check on your pet.

You will not find a better veterinarian facility! They are compassionate, patient and understanding. Emergency or regular services are no problem for this knowledgeable staff that know you by name and treat you like family!! Dr. King is my hero! All the other vet's, techs, and team members are his amazing side kicks! Thank you for all you do for my for family!!!

Best Veterinary Experience I have had ! I went here to get my large mastiff mix neutered. Most vets in the area were $300-$500 and some even turned me away because they did not want to operate on a large breed dog. Northside was by far the cheapest and they offered better service (surgery was done by a laser and pain medication was included). They were extremely friendly and the surgery went really well. It was the kind of place that you feel really good about going to. They even gave me a cone to take home and just said to give it back when I am done. It's hard to find places like that these days. Northside is an exceptional place, I drove 35 minutes to go there and I will be back. I even donated $20 because of how much cheaper the surgery was and the fact that I didn't have to buy a cone for my dog.

My dog was put in a cold cage with a rug but no dog bed and put on an I.V. She is old and hates noisy places. She got so depressed that we wanted to take her home so she could pass away a happy dog. Shes 18 now. We are giving her meds to her so shes not in pain. Her kidneys failed. We will truly miss her. The only 2 things this place is missing is peace and quiet and comfy beds for the animals

As someone with 2 dogs and an overwhelming penchant to keep them healthy, I recently went to Northside Vet to help treat a stomach condition. The facility is clean and inviting, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeble. I was able to ask all my questions, and received great advice and care. Not only is Stevie the Dachshund in top shape, we feel confident and safe knowing Northside is only a phone call away! We can't thank you enough!

The team at Northside vet saved his life!
My cat is my best friend he is like our child, and even though the 2 weeks he was in the clinic were the absolute worst, Dr. Shoemann, Dr. Griffin, along with everyone else, were so helpful and so understanding of my 3-5 phone calls a day, my nightly visits... they treated Milo like i did... like he mattered.

Just moved to town and made an appointment to establish our dogs. We arrived before the appointment, however we waited well over an hour and were never called back to see the vet. Best Veterinary Experience I have had ! I went here to get my large mastiff mix neutered. Most vets in the area were $300-$500 and some even turned me away because they did not want to operate on a large breed dog. Northside was by far the cheapest and they offered better service (surgery was done by a laser and pain medication was included). They were extremely friendly and the surgery went really well. It was the kind of place that you feel really good about going to. They even gave me a cone to take home and just said to give it back when I am done. It's hard to find places like that these days. My dog was put in a cold cage with a rug but no dog bed and put on an I.V. She is old and hates noisy places. She got so depressed that we wanted to take her home so she could pass away a happy dog. The facility is clean and inviting, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeble. I was able to ask all my questions, and received great advice and care.
