We are a 3 doctor, small animal practice in Springfield ohio. We opened the doors to our brand new office in August of 2011. We also now offer boarding, day care, and grooming services as well!

I recently moved to the area and needed a new vet. Reviews were positive. Unfortunately, my experience was not. Arrived at 9:45AM for a 10AM appointment. Filled out the new patient paperwork and waited and waited and waited. Each time I would inquire about my appointment I was told I was next. Then 2 more people would be called back. Finally, at 11AM I was told again I would be next. At that point I cancelled the appointment and will make alternate vet arrangements. Whatever system they are using didn't work for me. While the receptionist was polite she had no idea what the real holdup issue was.

I will not take my fur babies anywhere else. I've been taking my animals there for 15 years and they are the most thorough and compassionate vets I've ever been to. Dr Bruce is amazing. Our dog recently had a serious infection and needed several surgeries and had to stay in the hospital for many days. The bill could've been over $1000, but we did not have to pay anywhere near that. Thank you!

I found Dr Bruce on accident, my cat had been injured during the weekend. Typically we would take him to Northside Clinic but they were closed and the message gave Dr Bruce's number as the emergency point of contact.Clark County has a number of great vets, but I found Dr Bruce to be more personable than the other and his staff also takes care of my turtles.

Our cat needed a emergency visit 7:pm ,we had to go to Dayton. They had no vet.on call,it was a big pain in the ass. We didn't get home till 3:am,thanks NVH.....

We had to bring our kitty of 17 years in on Tuesday 7/28 as she was having an apparent stroke that came on suddenly. Ultimately we ended up having to put her to sleep. It was probably the worst day of my life as I have had her most of my life ( since I was 13) and raised her from birth. She was there for everything and the only baby that my husband and I will ever have. Dr. Bruce is the doctor that saw her and he was so gentle and amazing to her and to us. He was very caring and empathetic to us. After everything was finished he could see my pain and gave me a hug. He really showed that he cared. He made sure to allow us the time we needed with her and to decide on arrangements for her. Also the front office staff was very kind and accommodating allowing us to bring her in first thing without an appointment, getting us back to a room right away, and working with us on payment as it wasn't something we were expecting. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!

I have brought my doxies here for the last ten years. From the "old" office to the beautiful new facility, the kindess and care is superb. I am actually sitting here waiting while an xray is being taken. I called today and we got in today. I am beyond pleased with the doctors and staff and highly recommend all of my family and friends to this amazing office. Thank you all for everything you do!!!

I recently moved to the area and needed a new vet. Reviews were positive. Unfortunately, my experience was not. Arrived at 9:45AM for a 10AM appointment. Filled out the new patient paperwork and waited and waited and waited. Each time I would inquire about my appointment I was told I was next. Then 2 more people would be called back.
