As a new client, I've been very pleased with my experience at Keystone - and I'd say I'm a tough critic when it comes to my pets. I've had a consistently good experience with the veterinarians who really do seem to have your pet's best interest, but I cannot say more about the technicians and reception staff. If you're looking for a vet in the Stow/Hudson/Falls area, look no further!

Went to get a check up for my Cede and the bill was really high. Everyone was very nice and treated me well so I scheduled my teeth cleaning and extraction for her. Wanted to see if I could pay half down and make payments out of my bank account and that was a big No-No. Started checking around on the price that I was quoted and their lowest price was higher than any price I found at three other vets. Yes the other vets had five star ratings so it wasn't like they were just some random place that was not good.

Not only did Dr. Christie and the staff take excellent care of my Chihuahua who needed to have two teeth extracted, the bill came in significantly lower than the estimate. That never happens! Highly recommended for excellent care and concern. Plus, the staff doesn't act like I'm being crazy or annoying when I ask a bunch of questions.

I just moved into Stow and was between vets. One of my cats had an issue with his eye that seemed to be getting worse. I chose Keystone because they are cat friendly, and am glad I did. They were able to get me in the same day just before Christmas! Luckily, my boy was fine - just a little infection. They couldn't have been kinder and more supportive. I am looking forward to bringing the boys in for their regular visits.

I can't express how much I appreciate the ongoing care and treatment we have received over the years from Dr Mary!! She is hands down the best doctor I've ever interacted with - she is so patient, full of so much knowledge, and always takes the time to answer all of my questions. She even calls just to check in on my doggies. All of the staff members are so friendly and greet my dogs by name!! Love the Keystone Clinic!!

This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. The entire staff is very friendly and all of the veterinarians I have dealt with have never made us feel rushed. They've always been willing to answer any question, no matter how big or small. I highly recommend them.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Keystone as a vet clinic. All the staff was amazing and the care we received from Dr. Erin was remarkable! They all took time whenever we needed them and supported my daily phone calls as we helped my kitty, Princess, through cancer for five months. They also made time to see Princess whenever it was needed and worked with me, through many tears and love, to provide the best quality of life for her. We are forever grateful and wouldn't choose another vet in the area ever. Thank you for your dedication.

I have 2 large dogs and one has epilepsy so needless to say we are here quite a bit. They are friendly and accommodating. Any vet is expensive but I think this is a really nice place. They work around...
I have 2 large dogs and one has epilepsy so needless to say we are here quite a bit. They are friendly and accommodating. Any vet is expensive but I think this is a really nice place. They work around our work schedules which is important. Any pets we have in the future I don't foresee us going anywhere else.

The friendliness of every single employee in this place is out of this world! The doctors always take time to answer any questions I have regarding procedures or medications. And the LOVE everyone shows towards the animals is unmatched. I drive an hour and pass numerous other veterinary offices on my way because I love the service that much! Highly, highly recommended!

I left my old vet (the giant one everyone knows in this area) because I was tired of being kept waiting, seeing a different vet than I made the appointment for, and the high costs. I just love Keyston...
I left my old vet (the giant one everyone knows in this area) because I was tired of being kept waiting, seeing a different vet than I made the appointment for, and the high costs. I just love Keystone. They're half the cost and twice as good. I've never had to sit in the waiting room more than a couple minutes. I had to have one of my cats put to sleep unexpectedly, and the staff just could not have been kinder.

As a new client, I've been very pleased with my experience at Keystone - and I'd say I'm a tough critic when it comes to my pets. I've had a consistently good experience with the veterinarians who really do seem to have your pet's best interest, but I cannot say more about the technicians and reception staff. Went to get a check up for my Cede and the bill was really high. Everyone was very nice and treated me well so I scheduled my teeth cleaning and extraction for her. Not only did Dr. Christie and the staff take excellent care of my Chihuahua who needed to have two teeth extracted, the bill came in significantly lower than the estimate. That never happens! I just moved into Stow and was between vets. One of my cats had an issue with his eye that seemed to be getting worse. I chose Keystone because they are cat friendly, and am glad I did. They were able to get me in the same day just before Christmas! Luckily, my boy was fine - just a little infection. They couldn't have been kinder and more supportive. I am looking forward to bringing the boys in for their regular visits.
