Amazing staff and service, Dr was pleasant, friendly and the Tech was loving on my dog the whole time!!! Made me feel very welcome especially because I have a breed that some clinics wont see. My dog had a bad reaction to a flea collar and flea dermatitis and it was very reasonable and affordable! They will be my vet clinic from now on!!!! Can wait to show them my other pets! We recently started taking our dogs to Wyoga Veterinary Hospital. Their kindness towards animals and their families starts when you make the phone call. Walking into the hospital, the staff at the front desk are very welcoming and so sweet with all the animals. Veterinary visits for our dogs is very stressful, so the fact that they will come outside to get you, means the world! The veterinary staff is second to none as they are very positive and very honest about how to proceed with pet care. We just had our puppy go through knee surgery and care and outcome was wonderful. Our older dog is coming the end of her journey and everyone has been very supportive and compassionate to our plight. We've taken our pets to Wyoga for at least 20 years. They are very busy at times but that is because they don't overcharge and they are willing to squeeze you in if need be. The Dr's always take time to answer questions, they keep up with new developments in veterinary medicine, and, have been willing to try whatever they can to treat a sick pet. They were especially helpful with our Greyhound who was terrified during each visit and sometimes resulted in him "panic pooping" in the office a couple of times. I've been feeling better, think I was just a little run down the other day. My Tucker seems to be feeling a little better too. He is not an easy dog to diagnose, has to were a muzzle at the vets and makes it hard for them to get a good look at him. He still has a very large lump but his fever is gone and he's being a little more active. The doctor said something about a salvitory gland. He called tonight to check on Tucker. He said something about it will probably burst on its own. This worried me, but the doc said that's what we hope happens. It will not harm Tucker or make him sick if it bursts, and that is what we want to happen or else it could mean surgery. When I had to have two of my cats helped 'over the bridge,' the doctors and staff were so kind and gentle. They made sure I was okay before I left and a week later I received cards with my cats paw prints marked on them. They help you through the tough times. I would like to say Then You to Dr Mike ( The Leg Man ) for caring for baby Purr.. He has taken the time to hand make 2 different splints for her little leg.. He is caring and kind and direct.. He thinks out side the box and creative only a Veterinarian with true passion would go through such measure to heal an animal.. The amount of love this staff has for my furbabies, Oliver and Paprika, can not be found anywhere else! Oliver has had two bad UTIs this year (he is currently going through his second one now) and to sugarcoat it ,he is pretty much Satan at the vet. Yes that was the sugarcoated version. Dr. Danielle and the other staff work through Oliver's fits and continue to help nurse him back to health. Everytime I call, the staff shows such concern and asks how my little guy is doing. Today was our first visit and both, my husband and I are beyond pleased with the care that our pup received! He's a deaf puppy and is very anxious. We brought him in for a nasty ear infection. Dr. K and the tech were wonderful!!! They were very calm and compassionate with him. They didn't jump into a muzzle or meds, but tried to work with our dog by building his trust. They were able to do what they had to do to get him feeling better without drastic measures! They were so patient and kind! We didn't feel rushed even though the waiting room had pets waiting to be seen. Cost was very reasonable and we will definitely be back!
