We drive 15 miles from Westlake, and have for the last 12 years, to take our three cats to Dr. Beth Arnold. We knew she was the one when she introduced herself to each of our brand new adopted kittens and then to us. When all three immediately fell ill to feline respiratory infection she worked tirelessly with use to fight off secondary infections and to save the eyesight of our little girl kitty. Today all three are healthy wonderful “senior” kittens. We won’t go anywhere else.

Dr.Sinclair is a very moody person, sometimes she was nice other times she was VERY rude! I wanted to post a review last year but couldn't stomach talking about the very last experience because of what happened to our poor dog LATTE...
Before Latte had died last year (only 9 years old) I had been going there for years with my other 2 dogs Fluffy and Lucy and Dr. Arnold was GREAT!
Anyways, our poor dog LATTE died an unexpected death and the vets told us she died of "LUPUS"!!! I could NOT believe that for one second, so my fiancé and I started doing research and talking to a bunch of different breeders. COME TO FIND OUT I'm 99.9% positive she died from the vaccine she received from Dr. Sinclair 6 weeks prior! NO VET will tell you this because they just want your money, but everyone I have talked to said not to give your dog vaccines in their old age because it can CREATE LUPUS in their bodies!! This is still a sore subject with me and it makes me sick to think I was doing the RIGHT thing that the vets told us to do. I was WRONG and so are they! Needless to say I stopped taking my dog lucy there for fear the same thing would happen to her. Latte was perfectly healthy and for that to happen to her out of nowhere was a shock and still hurts me to this day!!! Lets face it people, little kids can tell us if they don't feel good or what hurts, DOGS CANNOT; so the only way the vets make their damn money is by telling you, you need to vaccinate them every year. Otherwise they would only come in for emergencies and how would they make their money?!? In all, vaccines are not necessary when your dog is in their older age. TRUST ME just look up "dogs dying from vaccines and you will see"

Incredible vets and staff here. We moved from Stow and found this clinic when our cat Mama needed to be seen. I called in a panic as she'd had a seizure and the front desk staff was so helpful in checking with the doctor and giving me directions to a nearby ER vet. And they squeezed us in for a follow-up the next day. Although we ended up getting a sad diagnosis and prognosis, Dr. Siclair was so kind and patient going through all our options and explaining the x-rays and medications. She even offered to talk to my husband on the phone afterwards as he couldn't make the appointment. I've been to veterinarians in Texas, Colorado and NYC and have never experienced such a caring practice. So grateful we found them!

Today I had to make the hard decision to put my hedgehog to sleep. The entire staff was extremely compassionate, understanding, and wonderful during this very emotional time. I called around to many different vets and had trouble finding someone that would take us in as soon as possible. I was pleasantly surprised that not only did they have openings for the same day, but bumped me up an hour earlier than expected! Overall, the wonderful staff made this whole process as pleasant as it can be, and I am extremely impressed. It was well worth the 45 min drive. I will definitely recommend their services and look forward to working with them in the future with anymore exotic pets that we get. Thank you!

Dr. Siclair was very unprofessional on our visit today. I am extremely disappointed. We recently moved and switched vets. I am at work, so my husband took our dog in for some vaccines she was due for. When my husband arrived, there seemed to be some confusion. He asked Dr. Siclair to speak to me on the phone, since I am the one who had been taking care of it. She told me that the DHLPP vaccine that my dog previously had was good for 3 years and she was not due for it. She told me that she was the Vet and she knew what she was talking about the 2 people I spoke to on the phone were just office staff and they were wrong. She was agitated the whole conversation. when I hung up, I called my previous vet and they confirmed that the vaccine that they had administered was only good for 1 year, not 3. So, on top of Dr. Siclair being rude with me, she was also WRONG. We aren't sure if she was just having a bad day, but that is no way to treat your customers.

I can't say enough about the amazing Doctor Beth Armold and the awesome staff. From the minute we walked in the door I knew my bunnies were at the right place. Everyone is so friendly and caring. Doctor Beth got my boy Nick into surgery faster than rabbits multiply and in no time at all we were on our way home with antibiotics and pain meds . She then called to check on him the next day! I highly recommend Crossroads and doctor Beth if you are looking for an excellent vet for your bunnies

We came across Crossroads Animal Hospital during our quest to save 2 of our Roborovski hamsters from a skin disorder. We tried everything we could do locally to get a diagnosis and treatment, but despite our best efforts, it still remained a mystery. Eventually we lost the mother hamster to the illness and after several email exchanges with the Crossroads staff, we decided to make the 3 hour trip to Crossroads to see if they could help the son. It was a trip that saved the life of our little hamster. The DVM at Crossroads had significant exotic animal experience and diagnosed the conditioned with multiple tests. After three weeks on the prescribed medicine, our hamster has grown back all of his hair and looks completely healthy again! We cannot begin to explain how grateful we are to everyone at Crossroads. Everyone that we interacted with was friendly and helpful. You definitely can tell that they genuinely care and want to help you and your pet. I would definitely use their services again!

I called in a panic as she'd had a seizure and the front desk staff was so helpful in checking with the doctor and giving me directions to a nearby ER vet. And they squeezed us in for a follow-up the next day. Although we ended up getting a sad diagnosis and prognosis, Dr. Siclair was so kind and patient going through all our options and explaining the x-rays and medications. She even offered to talk to my husband on the phone afterwards as he couldn't make the appointment. I've been to veterinarians in Texas, Colorado and NYC and have never experienced such a caring practice. So grateful we found them!

We have always taken our dogs there and gotten outstanding care for an affordable price. When your pets are like family, there has never been a DVM, or staff, I didn't trust.

Today I had to make the hard decision to put my hedgehog to sleep. The entire staff was extremely compassionate, understanding, and wonderful during this very emotional time. I called around to many different vets and had trouble finding someone that would take us in as soon as possible. I was pleasantly surprised that not only did they have openings for the same day, but bumped me up an hour earlier than expected! Overall, the wonderful staff made this whole process as pleasant as it can be, and I am extremely impressed. It was well worth the 45 min drive. I will definitely recommend their services and look forward to working with them in the future with anymore exotic pets that we get. Thank you!

Dr. Siclair was very unprofessional on our visit today. I am extremely disappointed. We recently moved and switched vets. I am at work, so my husband took our dog in for some vaccines she was due for. When my husband arrived, there seemed to be some confusion. He asked Dr. Siclair to speak to me on the phone, since I am the one who had been taking care of it. She told me that the DHLPP vaccine that my dog previously had was good for 3 years and she was not due for it. She told me that she was the Vet and she knew what she was talking about the 2 people I spoke to on the phone were just office staff and they were wrong. She was agitated the whole conversation. when I hung up, I called my previous vet and they confirmed that the vaccine that they had administered was only good for 1 year, not 3. So, on top of Dr. Siclair being rude with me, she was also WRONG. We aren't sure if she was just having a bad day, but that is no way to treat your customers.

I can't say enough about the amazing Doctor Beth Armold and the awesome staff. From the minute we walked in the door I knew my bunnies were at the right place. Everyone is so friendly and caring. Doctor Beth got my boy Nick into surgery faster than rabbits multiply and in no time at all we were on our way home with antibiotics and pain meds . She then called to check on him the next day! I highly recommend Crossroads and doctor Beth if you are looking for an excellent vet for your bunnies

We came across Crossroads Animal Hospital during our quest to save 2 of our Roborovski hamsters from a skin disorder. We tried everything we could do locally to get a diagnosis and treatment, but despite our best efforts, it still remained a mystery. Eventually we lost the mother hamster to the illness and after several email exchanges with the Crossroads staff, we decided to make the 3 hour trip to Crossroads to see if they could help the son. It was a trip that saved the life of our little hamster. The DVM at Crossroads had significant exotic animal experience and diagnosed the conditioned with multiple tests. After three weeks on the prescribed medicine, our hamster has grown back all of his hair and looks completely healthy again! We cannot begin to explain how grateful we are to everyone at Crossroads. Everyone that we interacted with was friendly and helpful. You definitely can tell that they genuinely care and want to help you and your pet. I would definitely use their services again!
