We went in with our 13 week old puppy and the receptionist was anything but pleasant. They refused to take our vaccination records from the past owner (they explained why, it wasn’t a big deal), until they threw then away so we had to start all over and had no proof of the previous vaccinations. (I’ve called several vets after and they told us they would’ve accepted them). The vet, he was nice but it didn’t make up for how rude the receptionist was. We went for her second round of shots with hopes that it was going to better, but we were unfortunately let down. The same receptionist with the same problem, and Dr.Cuesta was out of the office so we had a different vet. They rushed us out and didn’t even seem to want to be there. She never introduced herself, and instead of allowing at least 5 minutes for our pup to calm down, she called in a vet tech to hold down and restrain our, at the time, 22lb puppy.Our pup was distressed and crying the entire time. She never asked if we had any other questions, I had to stop her from leaving the room and ask about getting Lola(our puppy) fixed. She told me that we’d have to wait for Dr.Cuesta to answer any questions and then she was gone and left the room. Not only are they rude, they’re way overpriced. We’ve spent over $110 on each visit, when in the area there are vets that are far less expensive and give better quality care and actually love what they do. LOVE Dr Cuesta, I couldn't imagine bringing my pups anywhere else. He always takes time to answer any and all questions I have! I once had to take my dog to the doggie ER and & 250 bucks later, they misdiagnosed him but when I took him to Dr Cuesta the next day, he figured out right away what the problem was. Anyone who knows me, knows I'm VERY picky about my dogs but I have total confidence when my dogs are in Dr Cuesta's care! Highly Recommend! Read Less

This is the only a veterinarian clinic that I will bring my furkids to! They're incredibly thorough, and will take the time to explain everything you need to know about the care of your pet if they're sick. Very friendly, very intelligent care. They even sent a condolence card after our cat was too ill to survive and had to be put down. A+ clinic! Read Less

We used to be very impressed with this group. However we left several messages this week with the office asking to have the vet look at our Newfies ear infection. We never received a call back and we were forced to try to treat it ourselves. We tried calling again on Saturday morning since it was getting worse and a fax picked up. We decided to stop in since our dog was in so much pain. The girl at the desk was indifferent about the problem and said she couldn't help us today but we could make an appointment for Monday. This place sure has changed. We are now off to a new vet who said over the phone that they could squeeze us in today and there is no sense having our dog be in pain over the weekend.
