Since taking my old dog to Dr Raj he is surprisingly healthy. With Dr Raj's advice and care, my dog has put on healthy muscle, is more active and is in the best shape of all puppyhood. Took my dog in after she was bit. Dr. Ordered xrays and placed staples went back today for staples to get removed there was no xrays for my dog the day i took her in (which i was charged for) and i was also charged for a revisit fee to get staples removed which should have been included in original visit.. i will be finding a new vet Read Less

I love this vet office. They always worked with me on letting me make payments and/or giving meds without an office fee. When my dog died peacefully at home from old age, they sent a condolence card with a dachshund on it (my breed) and everyone on the staff signed it. When I get another dog I will always go here. I have had animals all of my life and even though most of my experiences with other Veterinarians have been good, they don't compare to this office. I wish there was an option for zero stars. Continually experienced a general condescending "sass" amongst the staff including the Dr. Dr. prescribed a medication under one set of instructions and then blamed me for misuse when the script was filled and sent with different directions. They make it difficult to purchase medications through anyone but themselves. Dr. always made my dog uncomfortable when he'd come into the exam room. Called about an emergency with my dog and instead of helping they stated that they weren't comfortable assisting my situation and told me to find somewhere else. Everywhere else was closed. Thank you ARAH. I am sensitive about my animals and therefore am in search of a veterinarians office that is better equipped to provide quality care without the focus on revenue. My only experience here was when I brought what I believed to be an abandoned cat in to see if she had a microchip. They scanned her free of charge as well as did a quick look over of her. They helped point me in the right direction of seeing if I could find her owners. If our cats need to go to a vet, I would be inclined to come back here just with how much they helped me with the cat I stopped in with. Read Less

Today was my first time there. Dr. Raj and his staff are wonderful! I am very impressed and it was money well spent with good care for my cat. I have finally found THE vet!! This place is amazing. So friendly and loving to my fur babies. Their prices are the best that I have ever seen, and the information they give you is the best as well. Dr. Raj is great. He really makes sure that you understand what is going on. He will answer any question that you have. He will explain everything to you o you understand and not just spout out veterinary words. Again I love this place, and would recommend it to everyone!! they have a falsely inflated rating as they wipe all negative reviews. noticed my review from less than a year ago is gone and it sure wasn't positive. glad i got a second opinion on my pet before i let this place amputate the leg. also found treatment given here worsened my pets underlying condition. so moral of story is reviews mean nothing if they can be altered or deleted. just more proof to me of the dishonesty here. The staff is great. They take the time to play with and get to know your animal. I took out my camera to get pics of his first visit to the vet. They stopped what they was doing and helped pose my dog till I got the perfect picture. They don't up sell anything. They give you options as to the what my dog needed. They made sure I was well informed and called the next day to see how things where. I was able to get same day appointment. It's worth the extra drive time. Update: I've called them once every few weeks with paranoid father questions about my puppy. They know who it is as soon I say Baloo. They offer advise over the phone and give me an option to bring him in the same day!! Then they call me the next day for an update. You can't beat that. 2 other vets I've used no longer exists in my mind.Read Less

Dr. Raj was fabulous, he explained things to me as what he was doing to my cat and continue to go over things very carefully. Sara made my cat feel comfortable & welcome and not frighten. Dr. Raj give us various options along with prices, it was my call no pressure as you should do this or that. My cat BeBe doesn't make up to people, but she took to the nurse & doctor very well. I was surprised as to how well BeBe acted. I have meds for her for a week, and continue medication to help with her fur balls. I walked out of the Vet office feeling satisfied & please with everything they had done for my cat and myself and it didn't cost me a fortune. Very, understanding, caring & reasonable Vet...You guys are great there at Alexis Road Animal Hospital....Thank you. And I will be back! great place, took my dog Colby there he was going down hill fast. he was 15 yrs old golden retriever and he had tumors on his lungs and had organ failure. the people there were amazing and made him as comfortably as they could. they didnt do pointless test just to get money out of use like most vets do.. they did what was most important for my dog. I visited this clinic 2 weeks ago. We are blessed to have Dr. Raj around to take care of our furry four legged babies. My mom went to this vet last month with her sick dog. This dog has always been sick as far I know. My mom spent lot of money at other vets, but could never get any proper diagnosis. She saw the ad of this clinic in the paper and thought to give them a chance. For the first time, somebody could come up with diagnosis of Addison disease. Now her baby is doing much better with ongoing treatment. My mom talks very high of this vet. My own pets were coming due for their shots. So, I made the appointment with Dr. Raj with hesitation. I got the appointment the next day at my requested time. They were nice enough to accommodate me before my kids come from school. I had doubts and questions in my mind about changing my Vet; I don't trust everybody so easy. The day before appointment, a girl from his office called to remind me about appointment time. I loved that courtesy call. When I walked into this facility, I was welcomed with a big smile. It is brand new facility, very clean and smelled fresh. They had some pet candle lit behind their reception counter. When I was put into the room, Dr. attended us within a minute or so. Dr. Raj has very good bedside manners. He introduced himself and got on the floor to pet my dog. I haven't seen anybody examining the pet from nose to tail. His checkup was so thorough, nobody ever mentioned to me before cleaning ears or teeth cleaning in pet. He explained me every bit of details while examining my pet. I think I am fully satisfied the way I was attended there. Dr. Raj is best, staff is great and price is rite. I trust this vet, very knowledgeable.
