This vet office is amazing. Such caring and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Jen is the sweetest person. Such care with the animals and always a wonderful visit with her. With that being said, the front desk girls are absolutely horrible. In the waiting room I don't need to hear about all the gossip of their lives, what they look like in a bath robe or whose ex is texting their boyfriend. Save that for happy hours ladies. And if you think they are nice on the phone, you should hear what they say about you when you hang up. At a very heart breaking moment trying to pick up my dogs ashes, they had no record of where the ashes were or what I was even asking for. When they finally figured it out they handed him over quickly with no compassion and immediately went back to gossiping before I even walked away. These are some cold hearted girls with very little common sense of business etiquette. A shame when the rest of the staff is so wonderful. Read Less

Came to Reynolds Road Animal Hospital with our family " man's best friend " when he wasn't acting right.  He had two severely infected ears ( due to allergies ), bad mouth odor ( due to infective bad teeth ) and an elevated temperature.  The staff there was so caring and their service was outstanding.  I would recommend Dr. Roger's to anyone!  His knowledge in medicine and surgery techniques gave us back a healthy new " Otto ".  He's very up front and always has your pet's best interest in mind.    He's the real deal! I recently had a very sick feral cat that needed attention very quickly, and my regular Vet retired last month. I called these guys, they were very understanding, and helpful. Catching a feral cat is no easy task, they were willing to work with me about times and  appointments, knowing any number of things could go wrong. When I got there they let me wait in my van, so my sick friend would not be scared of the noise and lights of the building, when we got to the exam room the doctor and tech were wonderful with me and my scared sick cat. They did all they could for her, made her as comfortable as possible and seemed to truly care about her (and me). She could not be saved. I just got a sympathy card in the mail signed by all of the staff. I thank you so much, and so does Green Cat. My porch is so empty without her. Read Less

I came in for x-rays to identify a problem with my dogs shoulder. I requested a single x-ray and dr. mack took the liberty of giving me 5 without notifying me until it was time to pay. she couldnt find anything with the x-rays because her or her assistant didnt get a good enough shots. She requested i sedate my dog and redo them, for an additional $400-500! This option wasn't presented clearly beforehand, and is another way for them to rake you for a few hundred bucks. Initially, she stated pain mends would only mask the problem (duh), but when she found out i wasn't going to drop more money on their services she pushed the meds 4-5 more times before i left. I spent almost 2 hours there with no diagnosis. She took some stabs and guessed what the issue may have been, but repeatedly said without sedation and more x-rays (more money) she couldnt be sure! The first time around would have been nice to know this, before i spent a few hundred dollars on useless x-rays. She referred me to what looks like a vet who actually knows what they are doing. Or maybe a cohort to squeeze more money out. I wouldt recommend this place for any x-rays or orthopedic issues. Read Less

After being referred by a family member, we brought our precious rescue cat in for a check up. Unfortunately, we were told what we thought was an eye infection, was actually FIP. While waiting for lab work to come back we had met and talked on the phone with both Dr. Catherine Moreau and Dr. Mack. Both Drs. were extremely compassionate and patient with our multiple visits, phone calls, and questions that kept them after-hours on numerous occasions. We ultimately had to put our cat down and had the support of everyone in the office. Today we received a card from everyone and a precious little nose print. The entire staff could not have been any nicer or more compassionate to their brand new clients. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone! Read Less

This Hospital is amazing. I would trust them with any pets. My sisters dog tore her CCL in her knee joint after falling in her own hole she dug (Make sure you folks fill in those holes they dig and put their poop inside) So little Angel required surgery. The doctor and staff were very helpful in getting us through this rough time. There are 3 different repair methods for this kind of injury. Doctor Roger performs 2 out of the 3. Although, I did not have the surgery done here I still would recommend them. Read Less

Such compassionate staff & doctors! They cried with me when I lost my precious, Chico, didn't appear rushed on a Friday after closing. Dr. Savage was amazingly patient as I, in shock, reviewed xray, ultra sound & asked so many questions wanting a miracle. Dr. Grothaus is an amazing veterinarian! If you have an English Bulldog, I highly recommend seeing him, or any dog for that matter. My bulldog, Jackson has had many ups and downs health-wise throughout his life and Dr. Rogers has helped me be a better dog owner in treating health conditions related to brachycephalic dogs and getting the pesky skin conditions under control! First visited after our 10 yo Scottie was diagnosed with cancer, and former office wrote him off as old. Dr. Severt is amazing! She operated twice, giving us nearly two extra years with him. The staff is always friendly; patient with our challenging pup, and were especially kind after our Scottie lost his cancer battle. Thanks to this amazing staff, our dogs don't fear the vet!
