Very compassionate. I have brought Rats, Guinea Pigs, Cats, & Dogs here. Nail clipping for Kittens & Guinea Pigs is a breeze for the vet techs. They will answer any questions they can over the phone like prices or bits of advice. When you go in for an appt you never have to wait long in the lobby & the appt lengths themselves are resonable. Dr. Moore is very kind, through, & informative. He is awesome at what he does & has been doing it for a long time. I've never had a negative experience here.

I would recommend anyone taking their beloved pets here. We have been taking our dogs here for over 20 years. The care is wonderful, the communication is great and the staff is knowledgeable, as well as kind. I have never had a negative experience here and the location is easy to get to which is something I appreciate.

I had to take my 12 yr old Pomeranian to Trilby today. He was a very sick dog unsure of what exactly what my dogs outcome maybe. Upon walking in holding my sick dog I had paperwork to fill out and was...
I had to take my 12 yr old Pomeranian to Trilby today. He was a very sick dog unsure of what exactly what my dogs outcome maybe. Upon walking in holding my sick dog I had paperwork to fill out and was visibly upset another lady that was there with her pet came right over helped filled my paperwork out while I held my sick dog. That was so nice just so thoughtful I was so grateful. Upon visiting with the Dr. And his assistant and I embarrassed to say I don't remember her name It was determined with a very heavy heart my dog was not gonna make it and I had one very hard decision to make. Do you know they were thee nicest caring, informative,positive,helpful,educated veterinary office I've ever been to. I made a humane decision for my dog who I loved Just like a child and they helped me right thru this very hard time. I can't say enough good things about this whole office. Thank you and Boogs thanks you,! I will be back.
