We've been bringing our four dogs here since we've moved back here in 2014. My in-laws brought their dogs here for years before that. The new facility on Secor is excellent. They offer grooming, bording, they have a pet chiropractor on staff and several veteranarians. Highly recommend

My dog has been going to physical therapy for a torn ACL...Dr. Sam has done a wonderful job; she is very personable with the humans and conscientious with the animals. She pushes my dog but never too far; he's improved immensely under her guidance and he loves her. I also saw Dr. West a couple of times and really liked her. The facility is clean and well organized and reception is very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Day took care of my dog as if he was her own when he had surgery yesterday. Explained everything thoroughly before and after the surgery to be sure I was fully aware of every step and procedure. My husband and I just moved to Toledo and needed a new vet for our two dogs. The staff have been great. When our oldest dog took a turn for the worse and it looked like it was time to say goodbye, they were able to come out to our home and do the euthanasia in the backyard. It was our pup's favorite place to be. They were so gracious and accommodating. I know they'll continue to take care of our current dog and new puppy for as long as we live here!

But I dreaded that final trip. But our last visit was very peaceful. Dr. Day was very helpful by explaining what was going to happen. I cannot say enough good things about WTAH. They really care and understand. I always feel so welcomed when I am there. Recently, I lost my best friend Pickle (and yes, he's a rat). The staff went above and beyond to tend to our emergency, even when it was their lunch time. Although, I did not go back home with Pickle, I was at peace about putting him down. I knew the vet was right when she said he was suffering. She sincerely looked concerned and understood how hard of a decision it was for me. I will always remember how kind she was.

They are very supportive, help you in every way, get you in asap if needed. I've taking my dog(s) there for some time now. I didn't know the previous owner (vet) that retired. When Dr, West took over it became even better. I would and do recommend them. Most of my family take their pets to WTAH. People, you get what you pay for. I find them reasonable, compared to the previous vets I went to, temperance animal hosp. There, you never knew who was seeing your pet and how much experience they had, you also paid high dollar to go there. Get now more service for tne cost

great place to take your pets & not too expensive either actually cheaper then most places I called for my pets I have two cats only one i took there since the others still a kitten but my cat i qot shots there and got rid of the kitten worms he had since he was born in a barn and i got him fixed/declawed and they did a great job. Never had a problem & theyre very clean. Plan on taking my kitten here when he gets his shot & everything else he needs.

We had a very old dog. He was our baby before and after having children or our own. He needed alot of care and meds. We were always treated very well. When we had to have our harley put to sleep. They became our family too. They offered a hug, and some cry right along with us. Now that we are starting over. We take our puppy and kitten there. They have very reasonable price. although they have no payment plans. I understand to avoid none payment and raise prices. They don't do this. In case's it would be nice but I understand there views on it. I give them a 10. I will always take my furry family members there.

The new location is state of the art. The both styles seating in the wait area is great for pet owners that are trying to keep dogs and or cats apart from one another. I'm skeptical of the dog chiropractor but we will see if it works before i make that decision.

I highly recommend West Toledo Animal Hospital! The staff is extremely friendly and they always take great care of our four dogs. After a teeth cleaning for one of our dogs (for which they had to put our dog under), they called the next day to see how our dog was doing and to let us know how to best care for him at home. Great customer service!

My husband and I just moved to Toledo and needed a new vet for our two dogs. The staff have been great. When our oldest dog took a turn for the worse and it looked like it was time to say goodbye, they were able to come out to our home and do the euthanasia in the backyard. It was our pup's favorite place to be. They were so gracious and accommodating. I know they'll continue to take care of our current dog and new puppy for as long as we live here!

My husband and I resently took our dog to West Toledo Animal Hospital to be put down. Max was a lifetime patient of theirs. We were happy with their care of Max through out the years. But I dreaded that final trip. But our last visit was very peaceful. Dr. Day was very helpful by explaining what was going to happen. Thank you for making that trip less stressful than I thought it would be.

Everyone at West Toledo Animal Hospital are amazing. We take our guinea pigs and two dogs there. All of our pets love to go to the vet. Their prices are not outrageous as well

I cannot say enough good things about WTAH. They really care and understand. I always feel so welcomed when I am there. Recently, I lost my best friend Pickle (and yes, he's a rat). The staff went above and beyond to tend to our emergency, even when it was their lunch time. Although, I did not go back home with Pickle, I was at peace about putting him down. I knew the vet was right when she said he was suffering. She sincerely looked concerned and understood how hard of a decision it was for me. I will always remember how kind she was.

They are very supportive, help you in every way, get you in asap if needed. I've taking my dog(s) there for some time now. I didn't know the previous owner (vet) that retired. When Dr, West took over it became even better. I would and do recommend them. Most of my family take their pets to WTAH. People, you get what you pay for. I find them reasonable, compared to the previous vets I went to, temperance animal hosp. There, you never knew who was seeing your pet and how much experience they had, you also paid high dollar to go there. Get now more service for tne cost

great place to take your pets & not too expensive either actually cheaper then most places I called for my pets I have two cats only one i took there since the others still a kitten but my cat i qot shots there and got rid of the kitten worms he had since he was born in a barn and i got him fixed/declawed and they did a great job. Never had a problem & theyre very clean. Plan on taking my kitten here when he gets his shot & everything else he needs.

We had a very old dog. He was our baby before and after having children or our own. He needed alot of care and meds. We were always treated very well. When we had to have our harley put to sleep. They became our family too. They offered a hug, and some cry right along with us. Now that we are starting over. We take our puppy and kitten there. They have very reasonable price. although they have no payment plans. I understand to avoid none payment and raise prices. They don't do this. In case's it would be nice but I understand there views on it. I give them a 10. I will always take my furry family members there.
