Community Veterinary Clinic continues to grow as a cornerstone of the Troy pet-owning community. Be it helping young pets start their life on the right footing or supporting older ones in managing chronic illnesses, the professionals at Mission Vet Clinic are always ready to help. Their love for animals is apparent, as they continuously strive to stay informed about the latest innovations in veterinary medicine. This ensures that any pet taken to the hospital receives the best care possible. The practice also encourages pet families to be responsible and actively supports community programs. Community Veterinary Clinic in Troy offers flexible veterinary care that tracks movement, appetite, stress, and environment throughout Ohio. The visit begins with a dialogue about daily rhythms, such as energy levels, diet, social behaviors, sleep quality, and environmental stress. The medical examination proceeds through the body analysis tests, which include joint testing and oral health together with skin and posture checks. The vet observes how the animal responds to touch and pressure applied to the muscles and joints. An analysis of the historical data might show trends, which could indicate metabolic changes, musculoskeletal stress, or behavioral adjustments. The Community Veterinary Clinic diagnostic screenings accompany the vaccination programs, blood and fecal tests to detect parasites and nutritional consults for pain management. The seasonal changes evident in the frequency of visits are closely linked to the local weather. Weather fluctuations have an impact on clinic visits for spring allergies, summer parasites, and arthritis evaluations during the colder months. Pets from breeds with anxiety tendencies or those prone to chronic illnesses need staggered milestone appointments to increase the level of monitoring. Pet owners get habit log summaries, follow-up care timelines, and optional digital check-ins. Pet owners with senior or multiple pets can request adaptive scheduling telehealth services and behavioral recheck programs to keep the care routine manageable. Through structured observation harmonized with the seasons, Community Veterinary Clinic empowers pet owners in Troy and across Ohio to stay ahead of their pets’ needs for proactive veterinary care.

I've been there a few times and it's been good except for one time when I'd brought a cat that lives at my apartment complex to these folks after he'd been in a fairly nasty fight and needed some TLC. Dr. Current made me wait while he took this cat to another area to treat him. If that'd been my kitty I'd have had a less than pleasant response to that. It left me with a "what are they doing that they don't want me to see?" kinda feeling. Now, in all fairness I should also mention that I'd been there a handful of times before this and everything had been ok so there is more positive than negative I've experienced with these folks and I'd probably go back again if Brute needed to see the doc, but this one time just felt squirrelly to me. This place is wonderful. I originally came to them when my previous dog became really sick expectantly. We went through a range of treatments to try and figure out what was going, which was frustrating, but they were extremely helpful with scheduling payments to offset the expense. In the end, my dog ended up with a tumor that ruptured and we were forced to put her down. The clinic was extremely compassionate and caring. They took very good care of her. Shortly after, we did get a new dog to help our children cope with the loss. They were wonderful with our new puppy. You can tell the vet really love animals and that this isn't just a job to him. My dog still gets excited when going to the clinic and loves seeing this vet. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, especially someone who needs a little help with the payments as they are always willing to work with you! Read Less

I wanted to write and let everyone know how special this vet's office is. I recently had to have my dog put to sleep and they were so compassionate and gentle towards my dog and myself. I felt so blessed that such good people were handling this hard time. Afterwards I received a wonderful note from the Dr. and at the bottom he had included an inked paw print from my dog. If you have any questions about a good place to take your pet, you need to give Community Veterinary Clinic a try! They may be new to the area, but their compassion and assistance will keep me going back. Read Less
