We are new in town and we're trying to find a vet to start going to we were happy to find stonyridge sells flea meds over the counter which was a big relief however we had an emergency with a puppy 2 day newborn so we rushed him into them hoping they would help ended up being one of the worst experiences of my life they completely treated us like we were being judged and somehow we were bad pet owners they made continuous rude comments even the doctor made comments to us that were just inexcusable.. there was one receptionist that was very nice but couldn't find the price of certain items and the other lady was the worst customer service receptionist I've ever seen older lady blondish hair was very rude even over the phone making condescending remarks I mean they're the face of the company and she was the worst just horrible attitude ended up charging us over $100 almost just to see a puppy and tell me nothing and then the puppy went home that night and died they were very unwilling to help even the technician acted like she didn't know what she was doing with the puppy if you are looking up this place for directions please think about looking elsewhere because obviously at stonyridge they are more about money than they are about compassion at least from my experience they may have other doctors that are amazing but the one we encountered was a female with dark hair and was not good at all

We came here at first under an emergency situation for our elderly pug. We weren’t even a patient and they squeezed us in. They quickly got a dire situation under control, allergic reaction to a hornet sting; his eyes were swelling shut. From that moment on our other vet was replaced. I have taken all three of my pugs to each one of the vets in this office and have always received excellent service. Our youngest pug had surgery here and was well taken care of. I would not hesitate to bring my furry kids here. The ladies behind the desk are always friendly and willing to help get you in as fast as possible.

Today was my first visit to Stonyridge and I am very pleased! My ferret has been sick for a month and no vet I have been to (4 so far) has taken the time to thoroughly examine my little fur baby. Dr. Young and her staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. We may not have figured out what is going on with my little ferret today, but I know she is in good hands here.

This vet is awful in my opinion. I boarded my dog for four nights and within a few hours of being home it was obvious she was ill. She was trying to urinate but not producing urine. I took her to the Vet and the Vet gave the dog an examination and prescribed antibiotics for an urinary tract infection. He stated I would not be charged for the visit but what vet would charge for a visit considering she contracted the illness under their care. He was not gentle or kind to the dog. Then time to pay for prescriptions and it was over $50. This is a prescription for an illness contracted under their care. I looked online and the first site I looked at had these pills for .79c per pill. Additionally, the dog defecated 4 normal size movements within 1 hour of being home which would indicate they did not let the dog out frequently. So, a dog gets a UTI probably from not being cared for properly and they want to make a huge financial mark up on medicine. I asked them to give me a reasonable price for the medicine and they declined.

Dr. Eisenberg is wonderful! He really cares about animals and loves what he does. They work with long time customers is you have a large bill. I don't think anything is perfect, so only 4 stars.

They are the BEST vets I have ever met!!!i drive 40 miles to go there. They have saved Ricky, my soul mate, numerous times! He was almost killed by another vet with Mange. Dr Young saved him and I was hooked. That was ten years ago. Dr Eisenberg saved little Andy from a spine injury with chiropractic. Yes, I said chiropractic! They saved Dash, my IT from cancer. I could go on for hours. I board my dogs here because I know they are safe.the staff is loving and they caring and take GREAT caee if us!!! LOVE these guys. Thry are ny family

I took my gsd to this vet after moving here and the doctors are so gentle, understanding and knowledgeable! They work with the amount of money you can afford and do what is right for your animal. My gsd has had the same problem since he hit maturity and no other vet found the cause and with 1 simple blood test they figured it out and and had him treated that day! Finally my boy has relief! I have also taken my bearded dragon and lord they know their stuff!! Will never ever go to a different vet!

I ended up finding my way here after a year of treatment at another vet office. Dr. Young was so thorough and kind in our exam. She was informative and understanding of our finances. She even spoke with me over the phone to answer more questions that I had. Happy I found this office where I feel my dog is cared for.

We came here at first under an emergency situation for our elderly pug. We weren’t even a patient and they squeezed us in. They quickly got a dire situation under control, allergic reaction to a hornet sting; his eyes were swelling shut. From that moment on our other vet was replaced. Today was my first visit to Stonyridge and I am very pleased! My ferret has been sick for a month and no vet I have been to (4 so far) has taken the time to thoroughly examine my little fur baby. This vet is awful in my opinion. I boarded my dog for four nights and within a few hours of being home it was obvious she was ill. She was trying to urinate but not producing urine. I took her to the Vet and the Vet gave the dog an examination and prescribed antibiotics for an urinary tract infection. He stated I would not be charged for the visit but what vet would charge for a visit considering she contracted the illness under their care. He was not gentle or kind to the dog. Then time to pay for prescriptions and it was over $50. This is a prescription for an illness contracted under their care. I looked online and the first site I looked at had these pills for .79c per pill. Additionally, the dog defecated 4 normal size movements within 1 hour of being home which would indicate they did not let the dog out frequently. I took my gsd to this vet after moving here and the doctors are so gentle, understanding and knowledgeable! They work with the amount of money you can afford and do what is right for your animal. My gsd has had the same problem since he hit maturity and no other vet found the cause and with 1 simple blood test they figured it out and and had him treated that day! Finally my boy has relief! I have also taken my bearded dragon and lord they know their stuff!! Will never ever go to a different vet!

I ended up finding my way here after a year of treatment at another vet office. Dr. Young was so thorough and kind in our exam. She was informative and understanding of our finances. She even spoke with me over the phone to answer more questions that I had. Happy I found this office where I feel my dog is cared for.
