This vet deserves absolutely no stars. They had a substitute veterinarian on duty the last time I visited to my severe misfortune. Dr. Robert Mueller administered vaccines on my pure bred Cavalier King Charles Spaniel while I had brought him in for a problem with diarrhea. He shook my hand very aggressively and made both my dogs wince with pain when he did a physical exam and jabbed their vaccines in. With 48 hours my 5 year old dog was dead. This vet refuses to take any responsibility for their misconduct and negligence. I am left with $2000 in vet bills and a the painful loss of my furry best friend. They do nothing but talk in circles and dodge any blame for their actions. They are not concise about anything. They shouldn't get away with this but in the end - the money always wins. If you care about your pets, and your friends pets, do not support this business. They see your pet and they see profit, especially Dr. Mueller, who cannot be called a veterinarian - rather - a cold hearted murderer. And all I can do, is write this review. We are an active duty military family in the middle of a cross- country move and All we needed was a certificate to fly for our dog - who had just had a full physical at our own vet in DC two weeks prior - the vet spent less than five minutes examining and writing the paper which they charge $17.00 - yet charges us $57.00 for the service because we had to pay for the physical exam since we are not regular customers. Uniontown Vet Clinic is the best. When my dog got sick, I reached out to many vets and they all told me the same thing, "you had better make your peace with it, he only has a few months". It was lymphoma and I was about to lose my best friend. As a last resort, I reached out to Joe and Ang to get one last opinion. That was five years ago now and my buddy was waiting at the door to give me kisses when I got home from work today. Friendly Atmosphere. Doctors and staff are great with the animals. My dogs and I felt at home. I would most certainly recommend others to bring their furry family members to this wonderful place. It upset me when I called, curious of the information that was given about declawing. There was no explanation that the surgery was amputation of the last bone and not just permanently removing nails. There were no questions about if I had tried any training. There was no education on possible lifelong side effects after surgery. It was a smile with "Would you like two paws or all four?" It is often portrayed that declawing is a routine procedure (which it isn't) and often paired with spay/neuter for a discount. This is sending the wrong message to cat owners. I believe it is necessary to let the owner know what they're getting into. The cats deserve a chance to be trained. Declawing does not always keep cats in homes. Read Less

My dog has been going to Uniontown for various treatments and she's made a full 180 turn around from where she was last year. I'm so thankful for their support and care. Our dog was diagnosed with Addison's Disease over the summer and the care she has received from Dr. Baltic and ALL the staff there has been FANTASTIC!!!
