My favorite pets have a very nice facility, however their price reflect that. They are higher than any other vet I have had. I would be willing to pay the prices but the service is terrible. I have called to ask questions about an upcoming surgery and was told no one had time to talk to me and they would call me. They did not. I showed up for an appt and was told it had been rescheduled I was not called so took off work early for no reason. I have stopped in to pick up meds and was told they did not have time to get them and they would call me when ready. They called on my drive home to say they were reDy. The final straw has come when I called to get an appt for my dog as she had sores erupting on her legs. This was Thursday afternoon. They would not see her until the next Tuesday I called another vet who saw her that evening. She had a staph infection that was treated immediately The culture in this business results in terrible customer service. I can only assume they do not care if your pet is sick or not by my last experience

We have usually had a great experience with the whole staff. We're really appreciate Dr. Joseph, I had a 15 year old cat with severe digestive issues years ago when Dr. J first took over the clinic. No other vet I had been to could help, but she suggested an alternative treatment which worked great and my cat lived to be 19. I recommend her highly.

I was actually sitting in the wendys drive through line when I saw a young man walk out a side door. She had a dog with him that obviously was not comfortable on a leash. I watched as this young man take his time and was nothing but sweet and caring to that dog. He never pulled her and eventually picked her up and took her to the grass. If that shows the kind of Staff that's employed at this Clinic I would definitely bring my pets here.

The staff treat your pets as if they were their own...they let you voice your concerns...explain what they're doing and what to expect...my two dogs feel relaxed when they are there...

Today was my first time bringing an animal here and the staff was beyond wonderful. They introduced themselves etc and it was very clean. Will be taking all my animals here now :)

My family just adores My Favorite Pet. The staff members are all very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The vets are both amazing too - they care about my dogs and are always quick to offer praise...
My family just adores My Favorite Pet. The staff members are all very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The vets are both amazing too - they care about my dogs and are always quick to offer praise for the things we're doing well, and suggestions for ways we can further improve the health of our pets. I am always happy to refer others here because I know they'll get the same great care our fur babies receive!

A great clinic, with professional staff! The doctors take time with each pet to address the client's and pet's needs. The entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure that the animals are properly cared for at each visit whether it be a vaccine appointment, a boarding stay or an emergency surgery. The clinic offers a wide variety of services from a basic nailtrim up to advanced surgeries. Rest assured, your pet's will be treated the best when left in the care of My Favorite Pet staff!

We've used this practice for many years now, and love them. They helped us with our older dog and extended his good years through pain management practices, then eased the pain of having to say goodbye in a very compassionate, caring, and respectful way. I never felt like they were pushing me to keep him alive to milk more money from us for meds, which I've heard others accuse some practices of doing - they helped us decide when it was time to let go. It was obvious that they loved him for years - everyone from the receptionist to the vet techs to the boarding staff and doctors made all over him whenever we brought him in. There may be less expensive places out there, but I love these people and wouldn't want to use anyone else.

My favorite pets have a very nice facility, however their price reflect that. They are higher than any other vet I have had. I would be willing to pay the prices but the service is terrible. I have called to ask questions about an upcoming surgery and was told no one had time to talk to me and they would call me. They did not. I was actually sitting in the wendys drive through line when I saw a young man walk out a side door. She had a dog with him that obviously was not comfortable on a leash. We've used this practice for many years now, and love them.
