If I could give 0 stars I would. They somehow lost all of the records pertaining to me & my dogs. I keep my records very organized and have numerous receipts and mail pieces from them (magazine, appointment reminders, etc). I'm not sure how they wouldn't be able to find my name, address, phone number, account number, or dog's name, considering they must have all of that on file to continue contacting me through the mail.
They were extremely unprofessional and rude, and shouted at me on the phone saying I must be mistaken/calling the wrong vet. They then implied that the emergency me and my dog were facing - well, it was my fault for not taking my dog in sooner. Which is why I was calling. To take my dog in. As soon as it happened.
Needless to say, after speaking with the extremely confrontational ladies that work here, I hung up and decided I wouldn't trust my animals in the care of such incompetent and mean people anyways. I have taken my sweet girl to an emergency vet instead and we will be finding a new regular vet!
I advise anyone reading this to go and read some of the lower star Google reviews on Whitehouse Animal Hospital as well - a number of them result in dead pets due to the neglect and lack of care from this team.

This has been our animal hospital now for over 16 years. They have compassionately taken care of 3 dogs and 4 cats for us. Dr Bill is caring, conservative ( in a good way) and reasonable. The entire staff makes you feel like family. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Have been using Dr Bill for a few years now. Very patient with our dogs and very good work our cats. Have never had a negative experience here. Would recommend to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They somehow lost all of the records pertaining to me & my dogs. I keep my records very organized and have numerous receipts and mail pieces from them (magazine, appointment reminders, etc). I'm not sure how they wouldn't be able to find my name, address, phone number, account number, or dog's name, considering they must have all of that on file to continue contacting me through the mail.
