Very rude and inconsiderate. My little sister vet Teched at this veterinary hospital for 2 summers and both veterinarians refused to give her a letter of recommendation for vet school.. Little do they know she got accepted into Virginia Tech even without the letter. I would never suggest anyone take their animal to this hospital.

AMAZING! If you don't go here, you need to. Our 8 month old golden retriever had eaten some cloth material and was extremely sick because of it(stuck in his small intestine). The staff here at Midwest took the absolute best care ever with our pup. They went head and shoulders beyond the expected care of our little man and we cannot thank them enough. Awesome facility, extremely professional yet compassionate staff, and great knowledge of animals. Dr. West took such an interest in my pup that she stayed in contact through the night.
After losing a dog to cancer this past year, I couldn't stomach another loss. These folks deserve an award for the quality of care they provided.

I can literally credit Dr. West with saving our dog Clara's life. When she collapsed and couldn't get up a few years ago we had no idea what was wrong. We took her to see Dr. West who did an x ray and...
I can literally credit Dr. West with saving our dog Clara's life. When she collapsed and couldn't get up a few years ago we had no idea what was wrong. We took her to see Dr. West who did an x ray and thought that her spleen had ruptured. This problem needed immediate attention and she scheduled her for that afternoon. When she went in she discovered that a tumor on her liver had actually ruptured. She removed the tumor, saving Clara's life. Clara lived for three more years and was noticeably happier and more active. When we had to put Clara to sleep, at 15 years, Dr. West came to our house which is over half an hour away and sat with our family. She put Clara to sleep to end her suffering and was there to comfort the family as well. We are grateful to Dr. West for giving us 3 more good years of our dogs life and for knowing when the right time to let go was. She really cares about the families and the pets she treats. Not only that but she is an excellent and skilled veterinarian. Now she is helping us raise our puppy Callie. We trust Callie will be in excellent hands.
