I was co-parenting my cat when she started having breathing issues. We took her in hoping that maybe she gotten sick or that it was something that could be fixed with medication. After the X-ray we discovered she had fluid in all the places it should not be. The doctor and team are skilled and passionate. My doctor, I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, was so caring and determined. Like family. I was very low on cash, and the X-ray was expensive. But you are not only paying for the X-ray, in my opinion you are paying for the skilled technician who helps keep your pet calm during the X-ray and knows when to stop, if your animal is getting upset during the X-ray. The doctor advised me that my cat needed surgery, and that because the X-ray of my cat was very bad (you couldn’t find her lungs or heart because of the fluid), she couldn’t perform the surgery but gave me information of someone she trusted and had the tools. The surgery cost was in the thousands.. I couldn’t let her suffer until I had the money. The only option I had, was to put her down. They have a special room, that’s calm for you and your pet, that’s way from the noise of other pets. A special place where you can say goodbye. The doctor made sure that she wouldn’t feel it, she gave her pain and relaxation medication and talked me through everything. And when she was gone, they wrapped her in a soft blanket. And when I was ready, took her out the room. They have a credit based payment plan, so I was able to even afford her getting cremated, they also keep the ashes until you are ready to pick them up. The ashes come with a lock of hair and their paw print. They are a skilled, professional, passionate, knowledgeable, team. Highly recommended. Read Less
