I took my female dog here to get spayed. It cost almost $400. When I took my male dog here to get neutered I asked if it would be less than my female dog. They told me yes substantially because it’s not as invasive. I get there and take my dog in and they have a waiting room full of other dogs. My dog of course is acting crazy and not listening. A lady comes out and is trying to get him on the scale. I’m trying to help her and another lady is calling my name and hands me a clip board. My dog continues to try and go see the other animals. The woman that handed me the clipboard said that she just needed my authorization for them to take him. I intialled and signed. The other woman got fed up and said she would take him into the back to weigh him. I kept apologizing because normally he’s a prettt good pup. I told the woman with the clipboard that my fiancé would be picking him up and then asked if I could pay now. She said no you pay when you pick him up. I said out and left. My fiancé went and it was $700+. I was at work and immediately called them. They told me it was because of the extra stuff I had them do. I had no idea what she was talking about. Come to find out that the clipboard she handed me was for extra blood work and stuff and it was all extra money. I was furious bc no one said anything about it being extra and the woman that gave it to me told me she needed my authorization. I thought it was just so they could do what they needed to for his surgery. The woman i talked to said she would look into it. Then she called me back and said she spoke with the dr. And the doctor would be willing to take $100 off if I brought in his antibiotics and pain medication they gave me. I said that there’s no way that’s all they can do for me and she said she would talk to the doctor again. I called back three different times. Everytime I was told someone would get back to me. No one ever got back to me and I never got any money back. They are scammers.

I felt really rushed when I brought my dog in. There were other dogs and she wasn’t listening. I had papers shoved in my face and I just signed without paying attention. Then when I went to pick my dog up it cost a lot more than I expected. When I asked about it I was told it was because I authorized them to do extra stuff. I asked to see the paper work and NO WHERE on it does it say it costs extra. They refused to do anything about the price.

I was visiting Wooster from out of state and had my Morkie with me and she got really sick. I called first thing in the morning and had an appt within 40 minutes. The vet did bloodwork, said that her pancreatitis wasn't back and treated her symptoms. She was better for the rest of the trip and still doing fine. I was so scared and worried about my poor baby. If it wasn't for A.A.C. our entire trip would've been ruined and who knows if my Pebbles would still be here today. They even called the morning we were getting ready to leave to check on her. I highly recommend them!! And thank you again A.A.C. for helping Pebbles!!!

Our family started using their services a year ago on a referral from our neighbor. The first time was a good experience - got in to see them quick and the price was fair. They were very friendly and gentle with our cat, too. Yesterday, our cat had been struggling with an infection in his eye for several days. We called after the Holiday and they got us right in. Took care of the issue quickly and the pricing was fair, too. Hard to beat that! A+++. Thank you!

The "Advanced" isn't just marketing; she continues her learning, confers with specialists in other cities, and constantly strives for the most effective treatments.Her expertise is complimented by her personality. Never take your animals here. They almost killed my bird while trimming his beak. Then they acted like all the bleeding was normal and still charged me. They have no idea how to deal with animals.

I've taken my dog here since she was a puppy. They are so gentle with her. I have since moved over an hour away and still make the trip to take my dog to them. My dog gets very anxious if I leave the room, which other vets I've been to have made me do. The vets at Advanced Animal Care recognize that my dog's vet experience is much more comfortable for her if I am allowed to stay in the room and be involved with her care. I've been to other vets and the people at Advanced Animal Care have always treated my dog like she is their own. I would recommend this place to ANYONE.

I was visiting Wooster from out of state and had my Morkie with me and she got really sick. I called first thing in the morning and had an appt within 40 minutes. The "Advanced" isn't just marketing; she continues her learning, confers with specialists in other cities, and constantly strives for the most effective treatments.Her expertise is complimented by her personality. Never take your animals here. They almost killed my bird while trimming his beak. Then they acted like all the bleeding was normal and still charged me. They have no idea how to deal with animals.

I've taken my dog here since she was a puppy. They are so gentle with her. I have since moved over an hour away and still make the trip to take my dog to them. My dog gets very anxious if I leave the room, which other vets I've been to have made me do. The vets at Advanced Animal Care recognize that my dog's vet experience is much more comfortable for her if I am allowed to stay in the room and be involved with her care. I've been to other vets and the people at Advanced Animal Care have always treated my dog like she is their own. I would recommend this place to ANYONE.
