I went to this place for a recommendation and will never go back! I made it explicitly clear upon setting up my appointment and when I arrived that I just wanted my cat checked that way I knew what was wrong and could establish a treatment plan. My cat was seen for maybe 3 minutes before the doctor left the room and came back and started giving my cat multiple shots and a topical cream. No explanation no prices. When I asked for prices I was told we'll figure it out at the end. I didn't have much money on me. At the end I was expected to pay 133 dollars!!!! Luckily I had it but they will pull every dollar out of you before you know what they're doing. That's how they get you. They don't tell you prices that way you rack it up at the end. What if I purely didn't have the money? Then what? And the treatment will be useless after 10 days if I didn't buy another 250 bucks worth of stuff!!!! What the hell! 133 dollars down the drain for a terrible vet and terrrible clinic. Your animals are strictly that to these people animals and money and nothing more. DO NOT EVER GO HERE unless you have thousands of dollars in pocket ready to hand out. Read Less

Inexpensive and quite good. They have always treated my animals well and then my pets aren't afraid to go back. I trust them with all of my babies. Plus, it's super easy to get an appointment. I know there are a lot of negative reviews, but all of them are from years ago. I think things have definitely improved. :) Read Less

When your vet says "you can tell me you have a million dollars to spend on your dog but I will still tell you I can't fix him", shows me the level of honesty and integrity this place has. Shout out to Dr Mark! Been going here 10+ years, wouldn't take my pets anywhere else !! Read Less

I have had several dogs over the years treated at The Wooster animal clinic. I definitely would recommend them to everyone. Recently I had a very very sick Golden Retriever named MacKenzie she had an infected uterus Dr mark and the entire staff took excellent care of my girl!! This place is aptly named. Not because they treat a variety of pets, but because they will treat your pet as an animal. That may work for large animal farm vets, but is unacceptable in this venue.The staff in the reception area was sweet. The doctor my dog and I saw was not. This was my first time there and after entering the exam room he didn't even pretend to be interested in introducing himself; straight to brass tacks about why I was there. Meanwhile without informing/asking me his assistant manhandled my 80 lb dog onto the exam table and restrained him which made my pooch extremely uncomfortable from the get go. The was unnecessary because my dog is well trained and will do just about anything you ask of him, including getting onto a table all while wagging his tail. The doctor then proceeded to talk down to me while explaining my dogs condition as you might to a 7 year old.TERRIBLE BEDSIDE MANOR!This place is overpriced to boot.There are other doctors that work out of this office that I have not met, but I will not return to this place. ANIMAL ABUSE FROM DOG WALKER!!!! DON'T LEAVE YOU'RE PETS HERE!!!My mom just witnessed animal abuse at the Wooster Animal Clinic!!! The dog walker(MALE wearing a black and white hoodie) was witnessed flipping a smaller Westie dog in the air by the collar while on a leash in the air (Very high up and more than once)I can't believe it's neck wasn't broken! When my mom complained to the woman at the front desk...It didn't seem like they will do much about it. (The guy will receive a talking to) We just want everyone to know what was witnessed! This review is for The Animal Clinic. Terrible customer service. We called aged to see about boarding our pup for just the evening and made a reservation. He was staying for less than 24 hours while we attended a wedding. The receptionist was nice, but when she informed me we would be charged for two days, I asked to just speak to the manager to see if we could discuss the policy. She went about 20 feet to an office and asked him. He said his answer was "No." I told the receptionist that was fine, but I would still just like to discuss it. She went to ask him again, and he said he refused to come talk to me; he was "too busy." I was literally the only one in the place, and I could not believe how incredibly rude this person was being. I have never had a manager completely refuse to talk to anyone. I was 20 feet away! I would never ever do business here again. The most rude service I have ever had. Read Less
