During a very difficult week trying to rescue two seven-week-old kittens, the Cleveland Road Animal Clinic saved the day. I took one of the two kittens there during an emergency where the kitten had some bad cuts on her left-rear leg. They immediately handled everything and made me feel comfortable knowing she was getting quality care. Dr. Stephanie Bailey was absolutely perfect, to the point, compassionate and calming. I left knowing she was getting the best care she could. When I picked her up, Dr. Bailey thoroughly explained the directions for medication and care. They send you home with everything you need. The vet techs and support staff were all very nice. I went and checked out the pet hotel side and they have a cool doggy day care. That must be like heaven to a dog that doesn't get to interact with other dogs. The cat section was pretty cool too. You can actually rent a space that has a webcam to keep track of your animals while they're boarded. Anyways, I can't thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone.

It is nice to drop off your pets and not have to worry about them. You can get them caught up on their shots, have them groomed and know they are in good hands while you are gone. You can order snacks...
It is nice to drop off your pets and not have to worry about them. You can get them caught up on their shots, have them groomed and know they are in good hands while you are gone. You can order snacks, extra play time and choice of lodging. They will even send you pictures of them at playtime.
The doctors and staff are also very caring. Thank you!

The staff and doctors at Cleveland Road Animal Hospital are fantastic. We have 2 cats, neither of whom are pleased to go anywhere, particularly the vet. CRAH does a great job of keeping them as calm and comfortable as possible. We have been clients of CRAH for 10 years and every experience we have had has been excellent. Thanks for all you do to keep our pets healthy, CRAH!

After reading the above reviews I have to respond in defense of Chad / Stephanie Bailey and the staff at Cleveland Road Animal Hospital. We have boarded our pets, had them groomed and had their veterinary care done there. We have found them to be polite, caring and professional . Our dogs have been treated with love and compassion. When we needed emergency help over a holiday weekend they made arrangements to help and although we lost our beloved pet we know that they did everything possible to help. Days later we received a sympathy bouquet of beautiful flowers and a card from the staff.These are not the people described in the above reviews.Tom and Sheila Linn

Amazing place to take your pets either for their care or for the Pet Hotel. They are always very good with our dogs and we have a Pomeranian & an American Bulldog. They are great with both small dogs and large dogs and are very kknowledgeable. They always follow-up with a call to check to see how your pet is doing after a visit! They are very accommodating with appointments and always available for ER situations. 5 STARS A+++

During a very difficult week trying to rescue two seven-week-old kittens, the Cleveland Road Animal Clinic saved the day. I took one of the two kittens there during an emergency where the kitten had some bad cuts on her left-rear leg. They immediately handled everything and made me feel comfortable knowing she was getting quality care. Dr. Stephanie Bailey was absolutely perfect, to the point, compassionate and calming. We have boarded our pets, had them groomed and had their veterinary care done there. We have found them to be polite, caring and professional . Our dogs have been treated with love and compassion.
