We recently relocated to the Columbus area and needed to quickly establish care for our senior cat who has chronic kidney problems. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Randall and the staff at Worthington Woods Animal Care Center. Our previous vet had recommended we take some pretty drastic steps to manage his illness. Dr. Randall thoroughly examined our cat and reviewed his records. She made recommendations that we are less drastic while still thoroughly addressing the problems our cat is experiencing. She also took the time to listen to our concerns and was patient with us as we asked our questions. And, even after only I week we can tell he has started to feel better and has been more active and playful!! Our cat, Charlie has been to several different veterinarians due to out of state relocations. To say he becomes stressed at the vet would be a gross understatement. Not only did the staff make the experience less stressful for us, but more importantly, Charlie's experience was clearly less stressful. The staff was more confident and calm when handling him than any vet I have been to with him before. We were so relieved and feel so fortunate to find such a wonderful, experienced, knowledgable and caring veterinary clinic. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. My family used to bring our childhood dog to see Dr. Miller. He always recieved excellent care, so I began bringing my own dogs to see Dr. Miller too. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. I can always be seen promptly in the event of an emergency (during business hours of course.) They always call to check up on my pets following emergency care as well. It feels nice to know that they care and continue to provide support after I leave. They are reasonably priced and happily explain all expenses to me. I even bring my foster dogs to them if needed and they are happy to check them out. I love that Worthington Woods Animal Care Center is a smaller veterinary office as well. I am never kept waiting in the lobby for a long time, and am usually immediately taken to an exam room. Overall a very clean and professional place, I recommend them to my pet sitting clients and will continue to use Dr.Miller as long as I live in Ohio.Read Less
