They left my cat unattended all night after a surgery. Gave me false hope he was fine, called me around 8 pm the night of the surgery stating he was doing fine and said I could pick him up tomorrow morning. I call the next morning to be told he had died overnight, they didn't even call me. I am still expected to pay forfor surgery despite that they failed and neglected to even call me in the least. I am surprised at how heartless a vetrinary hospital can be. Read Less

Amazing doctors and techs. They gave me options to pay the lowest amount while getting the same care for my dog. They all loved on him the whole time. Got his test results back right in the office. Very helpful. We opened the door not knowing there was another dog and my dog went crazy so they took him back on the room and took him to my car from the back door so he wouldnt scare the poor other dog again. I Alice Carter was very pleased with pony express. My Tiny was in bad shape 9-12-16 and I didn't know what too do it was making me sick knowing tiny was so sick I felt it was not fair too her. But I was so scared I didn't want her too pass away at home or while I was not home for a very short time. And I only had 25.00 dollars too my name . And pony express accepted her as soon as possible. It was the most hurtful thing too do to let her go.They were so kind they let us be together in a room for as long as we need a and then taken tiny out of her pain . They were so kind too her and my self. I'm very grateful and at peace knowing she's in no more pain. I will be receiving my Bill. Then yesterday I received abeautiful sympany card. It was beautiful. This is our second visit to Pony Express. Dr. Luckenbill takes the time to fully answer my questions and thoroughly exam my horse. I feel confident that he gives me all of the information to make good decisions to ensure his future. He's so easy to work with, state-of-the-art facility and wonderful staff. Pony Express working with the Greene County Humane Society has help spay and neuter so many of the Feral, Stray, Community cats that we have in Fairborn. They do this as a service to the Greene County Community. The staff has been kind to us and helped to lower the amount of cats that can reproduce, and that is a huge step towards helping reduce the amount of homeless cats we all see in our neighborhoods. Without the help and kindness of Dr. Brad Luckenbill we would be in such a tough situation, but he opened his doors to help.
