Super friendly, competent & compassionate. They got my furbaby in right away. Dr. Burris was very thorough in his examination, checking her health overall as well as the complaint that brought her in....
Super friendly, competent & compassionate. They got my furbaby in right away. Dr. Burris was very thorough in his examination, checking her health overall as well as the complaint that brought her in. He explained all of his findings as well as suggested follow-up care.. I would definitely recommend Arrow Springs to anyone in need of veterinary care for their pets.

Last week was very hard on my Ike after an accidental overdose of MY med. After almost losing him Saturday and the outstanding efforts of Heritage's staff, I had to sing their praises!! Dr Jessica Zink is especially amazing with her honesty, guidance and follow through! I've watched her from her vet tech days, going to OSU and returning to practice at Heritage. Dr Joe Landers has attracted an incredible team of pet specialists. In addition to many friends, I have been trusting them with the care of all my fur babies!!! You should too!!!

Friendly staff, but over priced. You can find same services at a more competitive price elsewhere. Office could use a remodeling and they don't seem to keep the office very air conditioned.

The staff was not sympathetic or concerned with my dog at all. They gave me vague generalized information and my dog suffered. We lost her when it could have been prevented. The doctor was mad when he saw us because he was wanting to leave so we got crappy care. I now go to a clinic in Tulsa off 21st and Hwy 169 that is amazing.
They did send us a sympathy card when the animal emergency hospital notified them of our dogs death. But at that point their sympathy was unwanted.

I have been a client of Doc Joe since 2001 or 2002 and love this clinic! They provide better care than get with human Dr's! They don't just take care of my kids they take care of me!! And Ashleigh the groomer does beautiful work. Debbie the receptionist is very professional, knowledgeable and just so nice!! And Chandra, Doc Joe's assistant is awesome and so sweet with my kids.. When I move to Sherman Tx I think I will have to make the 4 hr trip to continue receiving great care for my kids. Love you Heritage! XOXO

After eight years as a client at Heritage and the last three years of multiple visits with my dog, they were unable to pinpoint what was wrong with him, although they ran expensive and painful tests. ...
After eight years as a client at Heritage and the last three years of multiple visits with my dog, they were unable to pinpoint what was wrong with him, although they ran expensive and painful tests. After rushing him in on the last night of his life, they said it 'looked' like cancer. I took him home where he died in my arms. I called to let them know he passed peacefully. I was hurt that they never even sent a card of condolence.

I've taken all my pets here for the last 18 years. The vets are the nicest and most compassionate. They even call to check up on my pets when I've taken them in. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The doctors here at Heritage Vet are A-MAZ-ING! They stay on top of Paloma's health, make sure she gets her heartworm, flea and tick preventative, etc. First and foremost though they are very gifted...
The doctors here at Heritage Vet are A-MAZ-ING! They stay on top of Paloma's health, make sure she gets her heartworm, flea and tick preventative, etc. First and foremost though they are very gifted surgeons. God forbid your fur baby ever needs surgery, these are the docs to do it!

I've been so happy with my experiences with my wonderful vet (Dr. Zink) and the staff here. I've taken my now 6 month old puppy for all of her vaccines and spay surgery, and each time I was very impressed by the level of professionalism and care from everyone. I've now boarded by puppy for the day, overnight and had her groomed. She's always come home happy and a cleaner than when I left her! Sadly, I had to recently put a cat to sleep, and Dr. Zink was so helpful in explaining the situation and guiding us through the process. The staff understands that pets can be family members too, and they treat them as such.

Last week was very hard on my Ike after an accidental overdose of MY med. After almost losing him Saturday and the outstanding efforts of Heritage's staff, I had to sing their praises!! Dr Jessica Zink is especially amazing with her honesty, guidance and follow through! I've watched her from her vet tech days, going to OSU and returning to practice at Heritage. Dr Joe Landers has attracted an incredible team of pet specialists. In addition to many friends, I have been trusting them with the care of all my fur babies!!! You should too!!!

The staff was not sympathetic or concerned with my dog at all. They gave me vague generalized information and my dog suffered. We lost her when it could have been prevented. The doctor was mad when he saw us because he was wanting to leave so we got crappy care. I now go to a clinic in Tulsa off 21st and Hwy 169 that is amazing.

I've been so happy with my experiences with my wonderful vet (Dr. Zink) and the staff here. I've taken my now 6 month old puppy for all of her vaccines and spay surgery, and each time I was very impressed by the level of professionalism and care from everyone.
