We’ve had a bad experience with a Broken Arrow vet in the past and I am so glad we found this vet. The techs and vets are so good with the animals. It’s incredible. I’m always able to get my dog in quickly and you can just tell that everyone there really loves their jobs. I always leave super impressed with the staff. Read Less

Dr. Ford is a fantastic doctor for all my animals.  He is very knowledgeable and VERY caring with the animals....he can tell some pretty good stories.  I enjoy listening to them.  I like the way he talks to my dogs.  His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well.   If they do not know the answer to a question they know where to find it.This is a wonderful place to go!!  I recommend him to everyone.  The only fault he may have is there isn't more than one of him or his practice.  Rhonda Read Less

Took my baby boy vinny in due to his big sis snapping at him over a chewwie protecting issue normal dog stuff. But so happened to get his left eye and destroyed it beyond repiar. Everyone at this place was so sweet and i was expecting crazy cost and was gonna due whatever it took to fix my boy and most vets know that but it was very reasonable and they have earned my pet care business forever and wanted to say thank you !!! I have been taking my fur babies to Dr. Ford for 6 + years. My oldest Wire Hair Terrier 6 + years, my Boston Terrier since she was a pup 2 years ago. I even got my mom taking her Dashshund to see them at ISAH. He is awesome with them. They have been seen for anything from allergies, surgery to remove a growth., dental care and their annual check up and shots. I wouldn't trust my pets with anyone else. His staff is phenomenal. They send me check up reminders, they follow up after each visit to see how my girls are doing on their meds or treatment. They genuinely care about my fur babies well being. Read Less

Dr. Ford & staff are incredibly caring. He always listens carefully to us & spends as much time as necessary to answer all of our questions. He always has a lot of advice on how to help our pets physical & emotionally. We implemented his suggestions based on "cat psychology," & it's like we have a brand new kitty overnight. The best part? I am so grateful for everyone at Dr. Ford's office. He and his staff have always been so wonderful and caring to us and our pets. Our dogs LOVE going in to visit! They treat our pets like part of their family, take extra time when needed, and always go above and beyond for us. Dr. Ford has a compassion for animals that is very apparent and gives us great comfort knowing how well they are taken care of. We recently lost one of our dogs, but Dr. Ford, Kari, Hannah, and the whole team were always there to help and make him as comfortable as possible. My new kitten got very sick she was dying and I only had so much money to get her to a vet, they worked with me they got her seen and checked and medicated for my financial limit and than they called a few days later to check on Luna, she is super healthy and happy and gaining weight again she will live now because they care. Dr. Ford and his staff are wonderful! They are caring and compassionate and treat us and our pets like family. Dr. Ford takes time at every appointment to sit and talk with you to make sure all questions get answered. They are also great about answering questions over the phone and getting you in quickly if needed. They take the time to call and check on our pets after they have been in to make sure they are doing better. I truly appreciate the care we get every time we have been in their office. We have an aging dog who has been having some problems and Dr. Ford and his staff are trying everything to make him feel better! The ladies are great! They are kind and caring and get back with me quickly every time I call with questions (I have had a lot lately!). I feel very confident that my pets are in great hands! Read Less

Very very happy with Doctor Micah's professionalism and gentle spirit. After letting our female Tabby Cat (Purrsia) out in the back yard for some fresh air, we heard her crying and found her bloody and unable to walk. We rushed her to Dr. Micah and he immediately ran X-rays (after regular business hours) which revealed she had been tragically shot by a pellet gun. The pellet entered her back into her spinal chord, which paralyzed her from the waist down. He was very truthful when explaining our options. With no hopes of her having any quality of life in the future- unable to walk, control of her bowels or live without pain, the best option was to have her euthanized. It broke my heart, but it was the most humane decision. Dr. Micah was very understanding and comforting as he witnessed my hurt and pain. He regarded my cat as a member of the family, not just another pet. For that, I appreciate him so much. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is a gentle and kind doctor. Read Less

Dr Ford and the staff are great.  The wait times in the rooms are pretty small.  It annoyed me at other vets when I would have an appointment yet wait in a waiting room for 30-45 minutes after the appointment to see the doctor.  Recently, we had a surgery done to remove a mass growing under the arm pit of our dog.  The quote they gave me is exactly what I paid.  I haven't really shopped around at prices, but I feel like for the services and the respect I am shown here, its a good deal.  Dr Ford really takes his time to explain issues that your pet may have as well as alternate solutions that can save you money.
